The item I received was not what I wanted. They said I selected T shirt when the link I clicked was for a hoodie, and showed a photo of a hoodie. They would not issue a refund for their misleading ad.

This is not a Stanley cup
It is a nock off!!

The new cup we got is great, I’m still upset our first cups handle broke and let’s me question how long this next one will last. Thank you for the discount but should have replaced it instead. But the graphics are good, definitely don’t think our first purchase was a Stanley cup though. Not even sure on this last one. The lid tells a lot.

Never received the item!

Stormerch designed 2 Hello Kitty cups for my little girl that look amazing. They do great work and as long as you take care of them correctly (like our rhinestone cup with my daughter's name on it) and wash properly they last as well.

I ordered two Berserk tumblers for my husband’s birthday. I knew they would arrive after his birthday would, but with the promise of I think it was 2 week shipping, I figured it wouldn’t take too too long. Cut to a month later, they finally arrive. One of them was perfect, and thankfully is my husband’s favorite character. The other was incredibly blurry. After being in “quality control” for more than 3 days, you would hope something like that would be caught. Overall, it felt like a gamble and I’m only giving it three stars because one of the two tumblers is how it should be.

The cup itself I really like the lid design not so much when put on it dose not line up to drink from like you would normally from a cup so it doesn't make for a pleasant experience drinking coffee

Original order was lost/stolen. Replacement was sent very quickly and was exactly what I ordered. My husband loves it!!!

It could be quicker on delivery and the picture of my recent purchase showed that it came with a straw but when it got here there was no straw other than that it was great

The Stanley cup was a beautiful gift for my wife. She loved it. Top quality and a beautiful design.

The cup I ordered looked great and they had great commutations with the emails

It took a long time to receive the cup- long after Christmas.

I ordered the white Storm Trooper hoodie. First they let you wait for nearly a month, claiming they are printing it, it needs 'drying time' and even 'quality checks'. Right.
The product I eventually received was an AliExpress quality item, far from worth the price I paid for it, especially because I had to wait weeks for it!
This is elaborate dropshipping. A rip-off.

It took a while to arrive, but my Selena tumbler was totally worth the wait. I absolutely love it!

After receiving item that was claimed to be going through an extensive quality inspection, the item received was misaligned and the logo was extremely off centered. When trying to return the item it was a battle. I got a song and dance routine about shipping cost and labor. Funny part is, I paid for the shipping. With numerous attempts and back and forth emails it went from 25% to 40% to 50%. Of course that was 50% off the posted price not including the shipping I paid for. I truly didn't want the item any longer and ended up giving it away. Truthfully all I wanted was a refund but I saw that was going to be nearly impossible so I would highly recommend customers to look for another company to do business with.

The ease of ordering and being informed as to the status of my order. I don't think I could come up with a critique of any part of my experience.

Received damaged lid contacted them they said they would replace it… They never sent a new lid. Weeks go by I want a full refund!!!!!
