I can’t thank Katy enough for the support she’s given us with my son’s SEND needs and EHCP. She took the time to look through everything carefully, (even when I presented the paperwork at the very last minute), she explained what the provision meant, and helped us understand whether the support in place was really meeting his needs.
What I appreciated most was that Katy genuinely cared about my son as an individual. She listened, offered practical advice, and shared her specialist knowledge in a way that was easy to understand. I often feel that im unable to fully advocate for my son when it comes to his education due to my lack of understanding around what can / can’t be done, so It was reassuring to have someone with so much experience on our side who only had my son’s best interests in mind.
If you’re a parent feeling overwhelmed by SEND, literacy difficulties, or the EHCP process, I would definitely recommend speaking to Katy. Her knowledge, kindness, and dedication have been invaluable to our family, and has made the world of difference to our son’s education journey. After following Katy’s advice & guidance I was able to approach my son’s school to request changes and alternatives to my son’s curriculum (which I didn’t know was possible) which have now been upheld and will have a significantly positive impact on his progress in learning and behaviour moving into his next year.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to other parents looking for specialist support. Thank you Katy!

My daughter has absolutely loved working with Katy and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. Katy took the time to tailor the sessions around Wicked, which my daughter is completely obsessed with, and that instantly made the lessons so exciting and engaging for her. Katy has such a lovely, warm approach and really knows how to connect with children, making them feel comfortable, confident and genuinely excited to learn. My daughter looked forward to every session and came away from them so happy.
