Uncomplicated experience with stove boss

3 different delivery dates given and…
3 different delivery dates given and very bad communication from them and some fixings missing, informed company and no reply back. Would not recommend.

Would definitely recommeded StoveBoss.
Orderd the British Forest electric fire on the Tues and it was delivered to the door on the Fri.
Having shopped around StoveBoss were the cheapest by a considerable margin to other companies.
Aaron was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Excellent customer service from Aaron & fantastic Parkray stove
Just wanted to thank Aaron for recommending the Parkray stove and his excellent customer service.
Great stove/performance so far, we are really happy with it.
I was nervous about ordering something I had not seen or heard of, but Aaron was right Parkray know there stuff.

Couldn't deliver
I paid for a stove after speaking to Aaron. I was informed the next day that the stove wouldn't be delivered for a promised maximum of two months. I foolishly decided to wait. After two months I was told that the stove would now be delayed another 3 weeks, so I cancelled my order. I was badly let down twice.

We truly understand how frustrating it must have been to experience not just one, but two delays, especially after you had already decided to wait an extended period. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and I regret that we fell short in this instance.
Unfortunately, the delays were due to circumstances beyond our control, largely stemming from unexpected supply chain disruptions that impacted our ability to meet the originally promised delivery timeline. While we worked diligently to resolve the situation, I fully appreciate that this doesn’t undo the frustration you experienced or change the fact that we let you down twice.
In the meantime, I’m happy to inform you that the stove you ordered has now arrived at our warehouse. We’d love the opportunity to make things right and offer you the product as soon as possible. If you are still in need of the stove, we would be more than willing to prioritize your delivery.

Would highly recommend stoveboss.ie, I purchased the aurora electric fireplace after scrolling through their website, dealt with Aaron over the phone he was so so helpful, he answered all my questions and sent me extra pictures and videos of the fireplace, product was delivered within a week and I'm absolutely delighted with it.
