They state on their website "At St Paul's, we're proud to be a centre of excellence for laser eye surgery, and work to improve the vision - and lives - of patients from around the UK"

I have been trying to book an appointment to have the surgery done for over a month after attending the consultation on 29th January 2026. I have phoned and left messages with Stephanie countless times without reply. I even contacted the hospital but no joy there.

I find the customer service very poor, unprofessional and disappointing.
They are a waist of time....keep away!

Shocking lack of communication

Sent an enquiry from the website early November ref a consultation for laser eye surgery

Was promptly emailed back by Stephanie offering lots of dates via 2 consultants, great start

Email advised to contact myself (Stephanie) along with a phone number

Called the next day, the answer machine message addressed the business name and also Stephanie, left a message no call back, despite reading my number back twice and explaining my name, the email and needs etc

Thought it was an oversight, left it 3 weeks and repeated the process, same answer machine message and again repeating my contact details for clarity and even noting the failure to call me back previously

Simply not good enough, have now enquired to a local competitor who have booked me in, have better reviews online and hopefully appreciate my custom

I had PRK surgery in June 2024 and it’s been genuinely revolutionary. Mr Gadhvi did an excellent job, I now see well without contacts or glasses (a huge change from before when I had to put my glasses on just to get out of bed).

Steph is also a delight, taking special care of you and your appointments. I only regret I didn’t go to get this done earlier.
