Everyone was very helpful and persistent. I thought I was getting a loan but I sold my receivables instead. Now I am buying them back at cost plus 40 percent. I hope that we can build trust now and not have to pay such a huge percentage next time. I felt a little taken advantage of.

Watch out for Benjy
Spoke with Benjy and he lied to me non stop. He told me that the loan would be handled in house and that I would only have a soft pull on my credit file.
He then promptly sent my file out to several places that proceeded to do a hard pull on my credit file.
Then they did me the favor of brokering a loan out to a place that wanted $1000 per day.
Now I can get this clown to stop texting me.
I am a small business person that absolutely understands the space for Merchant Advances. However there are reputable places and people out there that will be straight up with you and not try to harass you into a product that will certainly close your doors.

Hi Darrell,
We here at Straight Line Source strive to give the best customer service to all existing and potential clients. Your experience is definitely not the typical experience and we will work hard to identify how we can prevent this from ever happening again. We appreciate the time you took to provide your feedback. Our goal is to help business owners secure the working capital they applied for, and match them with a merchant cash advance company that can best provide what they've requested. While the process is a different experience for every merchant we assist, there are times when multiple funding companies are reviewing your application and may proceed to check your credit and financial history. We always strive to be clear with our business owners as to what to expect and what standard procedure is. When a merchant cash advance company decides to take your request into consideration, it is out of our hands as to what the specific requirements and stipulations on the end of the merchant cash advance company will be or result in. We will continue to strive to make this as well-understood as possible. We work tirelessly for each of our merchants to match them with a funding company and do not give up easily, so when the outcome is unfavorable, we can only wish our merchants well, encourage them to pay close attention to application requirements, and emphasize that they should resubmit their application at a later date We are more than happy to help you with anything you may need; please feel free to reach out anytime
