Je n'ai pas reçu le lien du suivi de ma commande et le service clientèle ne me répond pas...

I paid and I didn't receive the goods. I wrote,I called and no one answered.
I think I was scammed!

I placed my order paid for it and have not received it. I have sent 3 messages to this company about it but have not had any response. They owe me.my money or the goods I orfered

No me responde nadie ni me envian correo de envio ni NADA. Os pienso denunciar, asi de claro. Que desilusion.

I have not received my parcel but the money is paid. I tried to contact them several times. I’m wondering if this webshop is fake.

The money has been taken, no artwork,no delivery, no answers, e-mail does not work, seems to be a fraud!

I did not recieve my order from September 30 order #6476. And when i tried to contact the company, my email could not be delivered.

They sent me the wrong picture, after waiting weeks for this! Avoid!

Stravee were very quick with dispatching order the delivery by Evri was something else took over a week to get here. Not happy when having to pay for delivery

Really happy with the choice, quality on receipt and accuracy compared to description. Delivery was on time and arrived as promised.

Not any response for the damaged parcel. No Emails, no nothing. Never ever again. Money is gone.

Package arrived in very good condition

I ordered 2 posters though STRAVEE on Etsy, really couldn't complain about their service other than when the parcel was left out in the pouring rain by their delivery provider Evi (destroying it), they have not responded to any emails/calls or Website messages. I'm sure they would have been great if it was not for the delivery but not having any way of meaningful contact if things don't go right is poor. I would consider deleting or changing my review if I receive an email from them.

I bought some art prints from stravee for my living room they have listed my favourite artists and gave advice on there website on scale ect that was really helpful they look fantastic

Excellent range of prints and super helpful and friendly! It was hard to not go crazy and add them all to my basket =) Would definitely recommend and would buy again!

I recently purchased a piece of artwork from Stravee and I am beyond impressed. The quality of the painting exceeded my expectations and it looks stunning in my living room. The colours are vibrant and the detail is impeccable. Their customer service was also top, assisting me with my queries promptly. Highly recommend

Finding the perfect piece of art for my new apartment was a breeze. Their website is easy to navigate, and they have a wide range of prices to suit any budget. The art arrived quickly and looks even better in person. A 5-star experience for sure!

I ordered a print and paid extra for it to be framed as the frame in the photograph was of good quality. Unfortunately the frame I received was not as good quality and did not resemble the photograph. I have politely requested a refund multiple times for the past two weeks via email/instagram and called the number on the website but have received no response. Which is disappointing!!!
