Streamlabs Reviews 

I have paid for two months and tried to get customer service to help with my tech issues.
They continued to have me do the same things over and over even though my Stream kept disconnecting completely or certain platforms dropping off of the stream.
The most I have been able to get out on stream time with their multi-stream feature is 20-45 minutes. They said they would get back to me, that was almost a month ago.
If I am paying for a service, it should work. And it didn't.

I have been using Streamlabs OBS since 2019. I switched from OBS because back then OBS had some serious bugs with black screen and Streamlabs had a better user interface.

But the real problem here is their 2 latest upgrades which destroyed everything! They are forcing us to connect with our Social media in order to use Streamlabs OBS. But the SERIOUS bug here is that we can NOT connect with our YouTube channel! We click "Connect", then the Streamlabs.com website appears, then we being redirected to the same screen again and again!

I tried both with Windows 10 and Windows 11. I even upgraded my PC. Nothing! So I paid a subscription for one of my clients that I manage, so that I am able to do a livestream simultaneously, on YouTube, Twitch, Twitter and TikTok. By not being able to connect on YouTube, this is impossible! So I wasted money here.

I even connected my Twitter account, Streamlabs OBS was showing that I am live, but there was no livestream!

And on the top of that, the irony is that I have opened a ticket for ONE WEEK NOW, and there is NO answer!

The only way to use this thing is to actually copy-paste the Stream key and livestream only on YouTube. Don't waste your money in any subscription until they hire SERIOUS developers and QA staff.

Avoid paying a subscription until they fix everything! This goes on for 2 months now.

Zuerst habe ich OBS Studio verwendet, dann jedoch auf Streamlabs OBS gewechselt da dieses einfacher und übersichtlicher gewesen ist und alle notwendigen Features in einem hatte, auch die Verbindung zu Twitch und anderen Streaming Anbietern ist einfacher gewesen.

Doch seit einem Jahr wird Streamlabs immer gieriger und nimmt gravierende Änderungen ohne die Zustimmung des Nutzers vor, so wird die URL der Profilseite, Merchshops und weitere einfach geändert.

Features die vorher kostenlos waren werden Kostenpflichtig - was an sich nachvollziehbar ist - doch funktionieren plötzlich gewisse Features nicht mehr etc.

Das sind gravierende Änderungen und Einschränkungen die den Nutzern aufgezwungen werden ohne diese vorher korrekt zu informieren oder die Zustimmung einzuholen.

Not only does the software freeze up, collab cam doesn’t work so you can’t have another cam Live, and the software itself is highly dysfunctional. If you email them asking for a refund, they won’t give it to you! So I tried to use tech support to fix things, didn’t work - couldn’t fix all the issues and then they said “ohhh you are beyond your cancellation time so no refund.”

I personally could never get steam labs to work and ended up just learning to make my own stuff and use other recorders and now I'm hearing about scams they do not paying there sponsers ?! such as Emilepsl a loyal streamer I lost all interest this app entirely after that.

eu gostaria de poder fazer live em pelo menos duas plataformas ,gratuitamente pelo atreamlabs como a twitch e tiktok ,pois isso aumentaria minha vitrine me trazendo mais rentabilidade e assim Eu poderia assinar o streamlabs TURBO para streemar para youtube ,instagram ,kick e etc
