I read; I bought!

Lol I never order online I have no time to research but I loved the fashion and recieved my order in a timely manner would order again with no problem .

I orderd two jackets from Street pit store, and after ordering, i became really anxious as to whether or not i would recieve anything. The reviews for street pit are pretty shocking. I emailed street pit about twice before they contacted me. I was reassured that my package was being processed and that i would recieve a tracking number within a week of order.

Tracking number arrived, and everything went smoothly. Product arrived in about one and a half weeks from ordering, so pretty normal.

The jackets were surprisingly pretty good, although unfortunatley they both didnt fit me right, so i wanted to return them.

Natalie and Chloe from customer support were actually really helpful and were always quick to reply to my emails.

I had to pay postage to retuen the product, but i was fully refunded for my order.

overall i was pleased with customer service, and quality of the jackets. sad to see that they have such bad reviews.

im giving 4 stars because i had to pay to return the product, otherwies it was a 5 star service. ( all thanks to customer support)

im based in Germany and the product was sent from Slovakia.

I ordered in October and still haven't arrived. customer service does not respond. joke..

Ordered Pants.
3 WEEKS LATER!!! I receive an email that they're sold out.
After this they try to force me to choose items that I don't like or don't need.
So I asked for a full refund to my bank account, but they haven't replied me in 4+ days!

I ordered a pair of shoes in the beginning of December and it’s February 27th and I have not yet received them! Very upset

ordered a product on the 3rd of february. it’s the 25th

20 days later, still nothing received.

After waiting over three weeks for the pair of pants I ordered to ship, I canceled my order. My emails to customer service were answered promptly but there were no details on what the problem was or when I can expect to receive the product.

Ordered something over a month ago and I still haven't received it, let alone even received a tracking number for the order. Also terrible customer service. Starting to think I lost out on money paid for the item

First off, love your products and the various different styles available. I will be a return customer for sure. This feedback review platform is also really good to have keep that as well. My rating is due the fact that 3 stars is a arbitrary value and here is why. The next guy that gives 3 stars is going say something and what I think is Average vs what he thinks is Average will have a likelihood of dissimilarity by a lot. If this system is the only thing you got and want to save money by all means, do keep it or make your own! You got 3 stars because the "sizing chart" link/button only provided width, no idea what the lengths would be sooo hopefully my order fits me! - Thanks, keep it up guys.

I wish your website was easier to navigate. I also wish you gave out more discount opportunities to return customers.

No delivery, not posted, no updates.....looks like another paypal refund!

I have been trying to get a tracking # for my package I was told that I would get it within a week it has been 3weeks and I have not received anything. How much longer do I have to wait?

I bought a hoodie last week and i haven't recieved any news about de delivery, also you haven't answered my mesage in instagram

Wrong PRODUCTS received nothing that I ordered, instead they sent me some tshirts that are not even my size. I waited for 1 month until get my purchase and when it arrived it’s something else not even closed to what I ordered. Unbelievable I hope Instagram ban this company from their platforms.

It’s been almost a month since I ordered a pair of pants and there’s still no estimated delivery date. I ordered some pants from Korea at the same time but they arrived just ten days later. What’s going on StreetPit?

I have yet to receive a tracking number or even an update email.
