Street Smart® Transmission Reviews

So far it's been a great transmission and it was delivered extremely fast. Best warranty I've ever found.

Super easy transaction!!! I requested the core pick up on Tuesday evening and the truck picked it up the next afternoon. The car runs great, shifts smooth. We couldn’t be happier!!!

Every step of the process was super easy. From ordering, shipping, to pickup of the core. The couple of times I called with a question, a person answered the phone and was very helpful. I only have a few thousand on the transmission, but I am extremely satisfied at this point.

I would recommend this company 100%. I ordered a transmission for my 2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 and it arrived sooner then expected (3 days). I had a shop install it that was close to my house. The shop was on there recommend list of shops too use. They installed it in a day an a half and reprogrammed the ECU for that transmission. Truck runs better then new! Thank you Street smart.

Quick delivery and a quality transmission at a good price

Initial delay in stocking the transmission was finally overcome. Very good product and result.

The process is smooth. I made the payment online through the link provided and the Street Smart transmission team sent the transmission directly to the garage on time without involving me and no hidden charges as well. The core as well collected from the garage without involving me. This is really a great company I believe built on Trust. The transmission is fixed and working fine without any issues since a month. Thanks to Street Smart Team. As promised they have sent 3 years warranty card as well and is activated . Thanks a lot team.

Item ordered was delivered as promised in good condition with no problems after installation and at cost

Customer service was very good and informational. The transmission was purchased and arrived sooner than expected. The transmission has been installed and the vehicle is back on the road. Core was returned and everything is good.

Best prices, great inventory, friendly people

Quick and very courteous

From the first phone call to the last the whole process was a beautifully easy, ordering a transmission, having it delivered to another place and then having to have it shipped back could not have been any easier. Everyone who I talk to on the phone knew what they were doing. OD The Roadie

The transmission arrived as scheduled and in pristine condition. All dealings with the office were clear, helpful, honest and cordial. After nearly a year and some off-road 4x4 travel all remains in very good condition. My experience and the 5 year warranty and price all lead to a strong recommendation.

I called and told them about my problem, that I had my transmission rebuild by another shop here in tn,and had a hard/shift around 3 and 4 gear and after taking my truck back to the transmission shop the guy said he should've change my valve body and tcm and was going to charge me because my warranty was up,so I did my research and came across these guys, and decided to do it myself, I think it's been around 4 months and that fix my problem, gears are smooth....

This company stands behind it's warranties. Recently, I bought a 6L80 from them for a 2016 GMC. The local shop installed it. Well, it had a problem in the valve body right from the start. Street Smart sent another transmission and fully reimbursed the additional cost of replacing it. Fortunately, the second unit is functioning well. They also don't front charge you the core costs. As long as you schedule pickup within 30 days, you incur no core fees.

Delivery was quick, information for extra items needed for installation was precise and your company was a pleasure to deal with.

Everything was on time delivery
