The online content was good, but the two day in-person workshop was most beneficial as it provided you with all of the knowledge that you required for the practical assessment. Really enjoyed the duration of this course, learning so much more about different methods of training to open up more avenues for my own coaching, Chris was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries i had. This is honestly a great course for both, those looking to become a coach or those looking to become a better coach.
Everyone is very helpful and wants you to succeed and become a great coach. The case study and assessment are set up to give you excellent experience within the first part of your career.
The feedback given really gives you a chance to understand what you need to improve on to become the best coach you can.

I have just completed my L4 S and C coaching award with SCE and found the whole process from start to finish very good.

Opting for an entirely online option allowed me to fit the learning around other commitments. The course requires a lot of study and time but with no pressure and rapid response support from tutors, it doesnt come with any added stress.

The content was interesting and has enhanced my PT knowledge tenfold.

As far as price goes, I would say its good value for money given what I have learnt and achieved.

I would definitely recommend this course and SCE to those wishing to build on their existing base knowledge and experience.

Great instructors! Very knowledgeable and lead the group at a suitable pace. Support team were super friendly and answered any questions promptly. Resources were very in depth and helpful. It was a great refresher for me as I had done some strength and conditioning at university but had little chance to apply it. The flexi course suited me perfectly as I had a lot going on personally, so I loved the fact I wasn’t pressured to deadlines and could still complete the course. Thanks to the team for their help.

I really enjoyed studying my course with Strength & Conditioning Education! The way everything was explained was beneficial and easier to understand, making things easier to comprehend. Loved the whole process from the case study to the video assessments. Once I completed the assessments, I got feedback about them and what I did well and what I could improve on for next time! Great course, in person day was good fun. Tutors and customer service replied quickly to any emails.

This was a really comprehensive course, broken down into manageable sections with easy to understand videos for learning.

The help available with modules and with assessments was quick and clear, nothing seemed too much of an effort.

The in person course in Nailsea was fun and we learned so much in a couple of days. If definitely recommend making it to that part if you can because it makes the assessment videos much easier to plan.

All in all a great course.

The course brought me more knowledge, but I want to thank Chris for helping with my errors that I have made and improved them.

Excellent customer service and the training and inputs are second to none. The workshops are excellent and very well planned and the pace of learning is catered to the individual, whether experienced in coaching or not.

Really comprehensive course material and helpful tutors.

I did the 100% online version, which was great, but with hindsight I’d have opted to make time to join the in-person sessions offered as well.

The experience with Strength and Conditioning Education has been a hugely developing one for myself. After not long completing my L3 and despite being in and around the fitness industry for the last 11 years - I decided to throw myself head first into this course at the deep end. Learning the Olympic lifts and how to coach them has been extremely humbling and I now have a complete different view point on programming and as a coach. Which I plan to develop even further over the future years, thanks to this course. If you are on the fence on whether to carry out the Level 4 Online, then i would say, jump straight in with these guys as they’re online content is really good and in plenty of detail. Which you can learn at your own pace and feel super comfortable with the stuff you’re taking on board. 100% recommend this course to anyone wanting to further develop their coaching careers!

I thoroughly enjoyed the course from the start to the end (the way the course was broken down I found worked for me). The resources available to help you learn (videos, presentations, documents etc) are all excellent and something I will continue to use in the future.The assessments, although challenging were all a tremendous learning experience ( excellent blend of exam, assignment and practical).I would highly recommend any course with SandC Education. I’m excited to start my next one (Youth Exercise Specialist)

After 5 months of studying theory, working on my chosen case study, and going through all the practical training... I did it!
I’m officially a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach!

It wasn’t easy balancing this with my regular job, my own training, and coaching after hours — but I pushed through.

I managed to pull it all together with flexible self-paced learning, amazing support from S&C crew, and the well-prepared materials and videos.

I'm so proud of this achievement!
