The coaching information and the modules where all great and very good for to build up your coaching knowledge. I will be doing more with Strength & conditioning education also looking to start my online coaching business. Working with powerlifting and other sports and Athletes.

I would highly recommend S and C education, their customer service is excellent, if I ever needed assistance with my coursework or technical support someone would be back to assist me in no time at all.

I have just completed my Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Award, and I can honestly say that this has been one of my favourite educational courses that I have completed. The learning materials are very detailed, making it easy for me to level up my knowledge base. The assessment structure was very well-rounded, nicely mixing exams, case studies, and practicals. I would definitely recommend this course.

I've really enjoyed my studying with S&C education. They were really helpful in breaking down the theory and properly guiding my way through the course, there was always extra support from an online tutor if needed. And I really enjoyed the weekend workshop which helped me pass my practical assessment!

Best course I've ever done.
From start to finish the content was brilliant and I felt I had the tools I needed to navigate the course towards completion. I usually complete a course to feel a little lost and 'what now?', but the elements in the course set you up to plan ahead while you're still studying and require you to work with athletes to develop your skills as a coach before doing so professionally. Lots of 'out of your comfort zone' moments and as a result, a much better prepared coach upon graduation. Loved. This. Course.

It’s unfortunate I’m having to leave this review as I have given the company many chances to resolve this.

I purchased a course for £799, but have never logged in to it or used anything at all. I suffered an injury in the year that has stopped a planned return to the industry. I advised them of this and was told that as this is outside of their normal t&c’s they would need a doctors letter. I then provided this from my doctor recommending that I don’t complete the course.

Since then, they have still refused a refund referring to their t&c’s, having previously had emails from them stating this was outside of their t&c’s.

Their response was that because my doctor hasn’t specifically said I can never be physically active again, I might be able to complete the course at some point in my life. I’m sorry, but they asked for confirmation from my doctor, this was done, then referred to t&c’s that they said themselves don’t apply here and are point blank refusing to refund.

Apparently my only option is to appeal this and their board of directors will review it within 8 weeks. Not once in my life have I had to refer a complaint to the board of directors…..considering there is only one director of the company I find this strange.

Please please please do not book anything with this company. Especially if an injury could potentially happen to you at some point in your life. You’ll get excuses and nothing else.

Now my only option is to get a ccj against the company, which although time consuming, will be done swiftly.

I’m sure they will reply with an excuse, but luckily I have all the emails that will be uploaded if they come back with excuses.

Excellent certification, good support from tutors and engaging in person workshops

The support personally received isn't great and not very knowledgeable when i stressed how dyslexic I was the guaranteed me I would be fine, unfortunately this wasn't the case

Absolutely love this training, it is interesting, informative, I am able to do it at my own pace and have lots of support to get through it

I find the videos and manual with all the hand outs really good.

I’ve made more than one investment with this company. From the first purchase to the last I’ve had great service. Due to illness I had to delay dates a couple of times. As long as I stayed in touch they did all they could to help. From the staff on the phone, the admin that replied to my emails and Chris who ran the classes, all were committed to quality and service. I have no links to the company, I’m a 55 year old planning a career change and just genuinely impressed with S&C education in a time where service seems to come after profit for other companies.

The Fundamentals Course is just what I teeded to give me ideas and a scientific foundation to coaching my amateur sports team.

Good resources, helpful staff and online assessment all went smoothly.

The online learning package is really good with presentations that back up the points held within the training manual.

The course materials were really well put together and informative and the instructors explained everything really well.

The course covered the different aspects of strength and conditioning and broke everything down into the theory, programming for an athlete, and competency on coaching movement skills.

I'm glad I did this course because I enjoyed it and gained a lot of useful knowledge and skills as a coach, together with greater confidence in myself and my abilities. It's great to get that affirmation from an accredited professional organisation of achieving the Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach Award.

What made my experience great was the online portal as it was if Brendan was talking to me in person. The video modules are great and you can go at your own pace with no pressure. The company are continuing to evollve and promote their business to the best of their ability and everyone seems to work together. To be honest the only stressful parts where my own inability to use excel and then i learnt the basics. It took some time but nothing thats worth having will come easy.

I also love that this course is no mickey mouse course that you can buy off wowcher for £15 and then become a 'personal trainer' within 2 weeks!

I lost email replies towards the end of the course which delayed my work slightly. Cannot complain though because the course was very humbling and educational to myself and it has helped me massively going forwards. Thank you strength and conditioning education for all of your help and patience.
