I applied for a role posted by Strive on a job site and dealt with Javed Ashraf. Javed was fantastic, we had a thorough phone call to assess my suitability, a follow-up email asking for a few competency based questions to be answered with details of scenario's involved.

Once Javed had all the information he needed I was fortunate to have an interview for the role. Javed then emailed me information to look at for the interview, ideas on what the company were looking for, company website and more. He made sure I was fully prepared for the interview even phoning on the day to wish me luck.
