Cracking and helpful service
I spent weeks looking for a particular bracket without success, someone directed me to this company. On checking their website, I was still unsure if what I was buying was what I needed to I made a phone call.
How lovely to speak to a human being who was polite and extremely helpful. Rich measured the item and said that if it was not what I was looking for I could return it.
Thanks to Rich's help, it was the right item and it arrived within 48 hours. The level of service was unprecedented and can highly recommend this company. I cannot praise them highly enough.
