An absolute joke
An absolute joke - the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. 2 years finance went through no issues at all, 3rd year, no finance as saying sponsors haven't given information - we have uploaded this 3 times and still they say no information uploaded - our accounts even show the uploaded information. My son rings up, they tell him we haven't uploaded the information, he says we have, they say no you haven't - no help whatsoever. Just "no, they haven't". So my son now has no money to live on until - or IF - this ever gets sorted.

Upload information they have asked for but they say not showing on my account but it has gone onto my daughters account. They say that it is invalid. I have uploaded twice and still does not show up according to them but I can see it my account. Now they have given my daughter not enough to even pay her accommodation. I have been telling them that it is a breach of data protection if I upload financial documents to my account but it goes onto someone elses. They insist they is no fault at their end. Minus stars for overall incompetence
