My initial experience with the platform was very positive. I was able to explore and understand most of its features easily, thanks to its user-friendly interface. I also appreciated that I could build a website without a subscription by using the credits provided at the beginning.

However, after subscribing and making a payment, I started facing some challenges. Unfortunately, the platform’s performance seemed to decline, and it became difficult to access or receive support when needed.

Just like others who bought LTD before, we're now left with a tool that doesn't work for us. Because the lifetime deal now is obsolete, and we need to buy credits in order to use it. I had 3 websites with them, and one day I discovered my domains in all 3 websites weren't working at all (nothing changed on the domain side). I've reached out to support (which is a bit harder than it should be) months ago without any response. They just left the LTD users on their own, never sharing any updates via email or other medium (as far as I'm aware of) of any updates, or change in terms. If they no longer plan to serve or respond to LTD users (or any user, as the email support option on their site doesn't work at all), it would be great if they at least reply back and refund the money to all of those who bought a lifetime deal. Because the tool is now completely unusable for us.

No honesty and no financial transparency at this company. They steal the customers as unsubscriping is nearly impossible. They charged me despite i informed by email not to do

In 2024, I purchased Stunning’s Tier 3 Lifetime Deal for $799 (one-time payment, no recurring fees). According to the archived pricing page (available via Wayback Machine), Tier 3 included unlimited websites, free hosting, unlimited visitors, white labeling, and all future updates included.

Recently, when logging into my account, my plan now shows as “legacy Tier 3” with zero credits, and I’m required to purchase credits in order to create a website. This directly contradicts the original lifetime terms that advertised unlimited websites with no recurring or usage-based fees.

I have reached out multiple times via email and publicly for clarification, including setting a response deadline. I have not received a reply.

I understand that companies evolve their pricing models. However, changing a one-time lifetime deal into a credit-based model after purchase materially alters what was sold.

I am still open to resolving this directly if the original Tier 3 LTD terms are honored. Until then, I am documenting my experience so other buyers can make informed decisions.

Stunning replied to my original review on April 27 2026. The same day, I sent them a screenshot of this conversation and a link to this review to make it clear who was emailing them asking them to enable the BYOK feature. They did not respond back. It is 2 weeks later and I emailed them again. After updating this post, I will email them a 3rd time. If I have the option to change their rating from a 1 star to a 0 star I would because they are dishonest company who does not honor their LTDs.

I invested in the tier 2 Lifetime Deal (LTD) during this product's infancy, effectively funding its development when the platform was still too buggy for professional use. Now that the product is getting matured (and still buggy), the founders have retroactively stripped away the core features and AI credits that were explicitly promised in the original agreement.

To be clear: early adopters are now being asked to pay a monthly subscription for the very features we already purchased upfront. This isn't just a "change in business model" - it is a fundamental breach of trust and a failure to honor a legal sale.

Buying an LTD is an act of faith in a startup's roadmap. By reneging on these terms, the founders have proven they do not value their earliest backers. I cannot recommend a company that views its original contracts as optional.

===UPDATE ON APRIL 30, 2026===
STUNNING REPLIED TO MY RATING HERE WITH A STANDARD REPLY THEY ARE USING FOR EVERYONE. HOW COULD THEY SEND EMAILS IN 2024 SAYING THEY'RE STOPPING IT, AND THEN SELL LIFETIME DEALS WHICH I BOUGHT IN MARCH 2025. ANOTHER PROOF THEY ARE A SCAMMERS!!!

ZERO HONESTY; TOTAL RIP OFF!!
