Super service and great products

I have purchased several products from Stutterheim and the fully live up to expectations.
Just had a situation with a product and the matter was solved right away.

I have a long black coat from Stutterheim. It really is waterproof, unlike other "waterproof" coats, and it always gets compliments. I had an issue with the original coat I'd bought but in the end this was sorted out through customer service. Thanks Stefan/Peter 👍

placed and order and still nothing. no coat and no response to emails. i dont know whats going on with this company...

Love my black raincoat! Living in Sweden its a bit rainy so when I got given this raincoat by my partner I was instantly happy. During the fall, this is my go to jacket, normally wear a down jacket underneath.

Ordered one of their Stockholm raincoats. Delivery was fairy good, delivered by Ups.

I feel unique walking around my town as it seems I'm the only one that has one. Probably the best raincoat that I've owed. The only criticism would be that they make the hoods too big, there's just too much fabric when it's up and I feel a bit like E.T.

Ordered a Stutterheim raincoat on sale on Nov 17, 2018 and finally received it on Dec 11, 2018. Apparently they had a technical difficulty with my order, but this was only found after I contacted customer service a few times via email. They are extremely SLOW to respond. The raincoat is fine, although definitely not perfect in the seams all alluded to by others, given its price range. One would expect a better quality product. As well, as a Canadian, the exorbitant customs paid for this supposedly sale item was not worth it!

Would not recommend Stutterheim raincoats!! I ordered a raincoat from them, and when receiving it I noticed that all the seams were tangled and sticked out. All of them! Not what to expect when buying a raincoat in that price range. I emailed them a picture of the seams and asked for a new one, and they did not answer. Very unprofessional! More then a week later I had to call them, and I got to return my raincoat. Now, about 3 week after returning my raincoat, I have still not got my money back. Very disappointed of my experience with Stutterheim.

Was really excited to purchase a coat from this small brand. Coat was on 30% off. A few days later (within the return time frame) coat price dropped from 30% to 50% off. My size and color coat was still in stock so I reached out to see if they would honor the new price as many other retailers I have purchased from (ie, Steven Alan, Madewell) will refund you the difference. I contacted their customer service only to hear they could do nothing to help me. I even tried calling the NYC only to not be able to get through because the voicemail for the time warner number was not set up. Seriously?? For a small independent company, I really expected way more attention placed to their customer service. Not sure I will buy from them again and if I do, I won't be doing it at their store.

Jeg køber en af deres Stockholm regnjakker da de ser rigtigt pæne ud, og i følge beskrivelsen skulle være et rigtigt godt stykke håndværk. Men første gang jeg har den på får jeg en chokerende oplevelse som kom til at koste mig rigtigt dyrt! Man kan ikke lukke lommerne som står piv åbne så de bliver fyldt med vand når det regner! Dette resulterer i at min iPhone 6 bliver ødelagt og jeg mister nogle rigtige vigtige billeder og oplysninger på min telefon, samt telefonen er død! Jeg henvender mig til deres kundeservice som giver mig et virkeligt chokerende svar! De focuserer på udeseendet, frem for funktionalitet, og mener selv at det står tydeligt på deres hjemmeside at disse regnjakker ikke holder ens ting i lommerne tørre og at man derfor ikke skal have noget i lommerne når man bruger dem. Jeg tænker så "en regnjakke der ikke holder ens ting tørre?". Jeg står nu med en regnjakke til 2000kr som jeg ikke kan bruge og som de ikke tilbyder at tage tilbage. Jeg ville for alt i verden holde mig væk fra deres produkter hvis man regner med at skulle holde sig selv og sin mobil eller andet tørt. Dog skal du købe den hvis du mener det er praktisk at have lommerne fyldt med vand når det regner. Uhørt!

ENGLISH:The pockets allow water to freely fill the pockets, meaning you will be walking around with pockets full of water when it rains! My iPhone6 is now broken, and I have a 175GBP raincoat that has no practical use whatsoever as I can't wear it in the rain without the pockets filling with water!

Great webshop, free worldwide delivery is a plus. I love the fact that the people behind are accesible, whether by mail or Twitter. Makes the whole experience more personal. Go for it if you need stylish melancholy in your life!
