Having purchased several different analyses from Styled by Susie, including a gold style analysis, glasses analysis, hair analysis and make-up analysis, plus having had 2 personal shops, 1 with Susie and 1 with Kim, the standout word for me is outstanding! Susie and her team are quite simply pure magic and you can see how much hard work goes into everything that they do. My self confidence has sky-rocketed since having my analysis done in 2021, I shop so much more confidently and have thoroughly embraced my changes in style and clothes over the last few years with the knowledge learned from the varying analyses and the Patreon group of which I am a member. I had the most amazing personal shop with Susie at Bluewater for a capsule wardrobe ready for summer and back to work after a year off. As expected, Susie was friendly, supportive and a wizard at finding amazing clothes that fit and suited me. I normally find clothes shopping overwhelming but it was such a positive, confidence boosting experience and I left with my cup full (and my bags too). If anyone is thinking about getting any SBS service, do it, you won’t regret it!

I have been following Susie for a few years now and will admit that I have a bit of a girl crush....and my mantra when getting dressed or shopping is - what would Susie say - can I pull of pyjamas as a co-ord! Hell yeah!
So when I saw she had a slot for an in-person shop on my bday I had to snap it up. Ahead of the shop I also booked a declutter and she was ruthless! But very helpful to identify key pieces needed to complete my everyday wardrobe.
The shop itself was fab, the fact she puts clothes back on hangers or goes finds different sizes just makes the whole experience easy. We had so many giggles - my frank description on what I thought I looked like, and nothing but compliments and confidence boosting from Susie to counteract.
Since the shop I have worn one item each day and am looking forward to mixing them up with items I already had. The most controversial item - a brown military jumpsuit - got nothing but gushing compliments when I wore it :)

Where do I even start!
What Susie and her team do is just simply magical! I started with an analysis back in 2020 when feeling like I had lost myself a little - the personalisation is incredible and they are so brilliant at highlighting your best bits (which we often over look or scrutinise)! The guide you get with your analysis is brilliant and you can either dive fully in or just play around with bits as you build your confidence.
I have now had 2 personal shops with Susie, one summer shop a few years ago and a winter shop last year. My style has evolved over the last few years and I can honestly say Susie has got it absolutely bang on both times! Susie has a way of making you feel so comfortable during your shop, zero pressure to buy anything and helps you pick things you may never reach for yourself!
I now buy less clothes because I wear everything I have and know how to put things together! The difference in my confidence in how I dress is unreal!
If you do one thing for yourself this year, book some time with Susie or her team! The best thing you will ever do for yourself!

I brought my friend a gold online analysis after she had had a baby and was feeling a bit lost with her style. Her messages to me went from asking 'does this outfit look ok and what shoes shall I wear' to 'look what I'm wearing today'! I have been following Susie on social media for years and she gives away so much advise. I have also bought a few different packages and each one has been amazing and so personal. I started following Susie probably about a year ago after seeing her mentioned on another Instagram page I follow.
I'm 34 and recovering from an ED which has its own challenges, but I've always felt off in clothes- not cool enough, too old, too frumpy, not right for my shape. So I took the plunge and treated myself to a full style analysis with SBS at the end of 2025. Susie was absolutely wonderful- she understood and took into account my personal history and put together something that helped me feel more me simply. Since then, as part of my recovery, I have gained weight and again felt a bit lost with clothing, particularly as nothing fit and I wasn't sure whether my original analysis would still be accurate. I messaged Susie who gave me advice on some options that could help and I decided to go for a capsule wardrobe. I have since been slowly clearing out all the clothes that don't fit me and every time I go anywhere that isn't the gym, I reach for my PDF to pick an outfit 😂 I have loved the pieces Susie picked for me and have been getting comments every time I wear them. My confidence still has a looong way to go but thanks to Susie, worrying about getting dressed is one less thing on my mind!

I had an online style analysis 5 years ago and still refer back to it regularly. Great value for money as it has saved me so much buying clothes that I actually love to wear!

I started with an analysis done a few years ago and now I’ve done several personal shops, an online special occasion shop and two wardrobe declutters.

All of these experiences have been great fun and make you feel brilliant. It’s also the most efficient way to shop for clothes if you have limited time - you can get so much done in just a couple of hours. And everything works well together so you can quickly and easily put outfits together at home.
