Sarah is fantastic, she puts you at ease and really knows clothes and how to make them work for you!

I had my style analysis done in 2020 when I was feeling lost with my style and my body confidence was low. I had a wardrobe with lots of clothes that either didn’t fit right or didn’t suit me. When I received my analysis it made so much sense as to why the items weren’t working for me and I used the information to start adding in some pieces that suited better.

I booked a power hour with Sarah last year hoping to add a couple of items that pushed my boundaries a little and ended up with two bags filled with the most amazing and varied clothing that I would never have picked out on my own! Sarah is amazing at what she does. You are immediately put at ease and she knows how far to push the boundaries without making you feel uncomfortable. I have since had a full personal shop in Bluewater and another power hour with Sarah and now have a wardrobe that is full of pieces I absolutely love and fit exactly to my lifestyle. So many of these items I would never have looked at or tried on and there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything that didn’t feel right.

I have also had a glasses analysis by Susie and Make Up analysis by Belinda which have both been really useful. The make up analysis in particular has completely changed my skincare routine and made a huge difference to my perimenopausal skin with acne and rosacea. Highly recommend both these services.

Had a ‘power hour’ shop with Sarah Lily and she was fantastic. Went home with some lovely new clothes for a weekend away, clothes I would never had picked and would have walked straight past. I now know exactly how to style them for casual or dress and how to style lots of different looks out of each item.
Sarah was absolutely lovely from start to finish and if you ever get a chance to go shopping with the sbs girls, definitely do it, you won’t regret it.

My Mum surprised me with a personal shop with Kim. Kim was so lovely, and instantly made me feel at ease. She picked out some lovely items for me that I would ordinarily walk straight past! The whole experience has given me a huge confidence boost, so thank you Kim x

I had a wonderful wardrobe declutter with Sarah. I was a bit nervous but Sarah immediately put me at ease and I can honestly say I had the best time. We immediately went to work, Sarah asking questions about what I liked and how I styled items. I tried on a few and she helped me pair it with other items I owned. She kindly said when she thought an item of clothing needed to go. Sarah then sent some links of bits that would work in my wardrobe and EVERY SINGLE ONE is perfect. I could not recommend SBS and Sarah enough, I have had a fabulous time and will book a shop with Sarah for summer clothes - something I really struggle with! Thank you Sarah x

Loved my shopping experience with Fi. She has a talent for picking out items that I'd never have considered but which look amazing. When I shop alone, I tend to come home tired and empty-handed. One trip out with Fi, and I'm set up for the season!

I had such a fantastic style session with Kim. She was so knowledgeable and we did so much with my wardrobe in such a short amount of time. I feel so much more confident in my body and with my style and would hugely recommend this service.

Sarah Lilly takes the stress out of shopping and makes it fun, and I try things I wouldn't necessarily try. I've shopped with Sarah twice now and she's super organised, has an expert eye for what will work for me and for the particular occasion I'm buying for. She can do a sweep of a shop and have an armful of garments and outfits in the blink of an eye - it's such a skill! She always listens well and takes time to understand what you need and what your concerns may be. It's definitely given me more confidence! Worth every penny!

I just had a 3 hour shop with Fi and it was absolutely incredible. I was really nervous - shopping has never been something I've felt comfortable doing, but as my business has become more successful, I need more clothes for work and for public speaking. Fi is warm, friendly, empathetic and down to earth. Moreover, I feel she really understood my style, even though I didn't articulate it very well. I arrived home with bags of shopping and bags more confidence than I had before. I can't wait to do my next one. Thank you.

I first discovered Susie through a podcast last Spring, and it has been an incredibly rewarding journey ever since! After having an online colour analysis, I became a member of the Patreon and joined the Facebook group. The community of supportive women has been a game changer, and I look forward to the daily style tips and articles that continue to inspire me.

Nearly a year later, I decided to go for an in-person wardrobe declutter, and I’m so glad I did! While I’m good at clearing out clothes and editing my wardrobe, I was struggling with outfit building and identifying gaps in my wardrobe. Sarah, who worked with me, was fantastic. She offered so much support and gave me practical advice tailored to my style and lifestyle. There were no rigid “rules” — I wasn’t made to feel bad for having a lot of black, even though it doesn’t suit me — instead, I got suggestions on how to make what I already have work better for me.

I left feeling more confident in my wardrobe choices and with a fresh perspective on my clothes. I’ll definitely be back for more services in the future! Highly recommend Styled by Susie to anyone looking to revamp their style with expert guidance and a supportive, positive approach.

Why has it taken me until now to find this service? This is what I needed twenty years ago.
Kim was brilliant for my initial styling. She helped me see what colours go well and where I am going wrong in outfit choices. They were small achievable changes, rather than I need to spend £1000s on a whole new wardrobe. Suggestions for new additions to my wardrobe were in reasonable high street outlets such as M&S, Next etc.
My friend and I are having a shopping experience next week. We are SO excited!!

I had my 4th personal shop with Fiona last week and it was as amazing as ever! She followed my brief to the letter and found some amazing pieces I would never have considered myself. It's like shopping with a really good friend - such an amazing two hours! I will be booking again!

I had the most wonderful morning, decluttering my wardrobe with Sarah. I honestly couldn’t have enjoyed it more. As well as deciding what to keep, sell or give to charity, she gave me lots of tips on how to style my clothes. A true professional who really knows her stuff. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

My Styledbysusie session was arranged by friends for my birthday. Arranging my session was straightforward and stress free. I felt comfortable throughout and the stylist was really insightful. I felt confident about their recommendations. It has made me more enthusiastic about clothing choices going forwards.

My seasonal update personal shop with Fiona was fantastic. She was efficient and knowledgeable, making the experience fun and not at all stressful! This is my fourth event with the styled by Susie team, having previously had a wardrobe declutter, a personal shop and an online shop. I'll definitely be booking back in again for the spring!

Have loved every service I have received from SBS. Not only has it been positive, quick and uplifting - it has been accurate! After an analysis with Kim, I then went on to have a shop, capsule wardrobe and more recently a wardrobe declutter with Susie. Fiona and Sarah are also so helpful in their Instagram responses.

Absolutely amazing! Fi was so lovely and kind and made me feel so comfortable. It was like we had known each other for years. I love the items she picked for me and would highly recommend her and SBS to others. In fact I have! I booked an hour to see what it would be like to have an in person session and I would definitely do it again. Hope I can do a full shop one day 😍 the hardest part was carrying my bags home 😂

I had a power hour shop in Leeds with Fiona and loved it! I was a little nervous beforehand but she put me at ease right away, it felt like shopping with a friend! I had wondered if an hour was too short but it was great and I bought a jumper, 2 tops, jeans, 2 trousers and a skirt all of which I love! Fi quickly worked out the type of things I like and what would suit me and she also had a rail of clothes ready and waiting to get me started! Highly recommend!

I loved my ‘power hour’ with Sarah…Sarah picked out some amazing outfits and suggestions which suited me (shape and colour) and were just what I was after! I got some brilliant outfits and clothes that I never would have found myself, such a great way to shop! I would 100% recommend and I want to book for the next season already!

I have gone through the various stages of SBS: online style analysis, personality analysis, Power Hour, and decided the time had come to take the plunge and have a 3-hour personal shop. Having met Kim in the Spring for my Power Hour, I knew that she was lovely, friendly and overall, knowledgeable. As other reviewers have said, Kim already had a rail-full of clothes ready for me in M&S Kingston. Outside the changing room she gave comment, suggestions and took away "no-goers". Bless her, in several shops she even got roped in to zipping random ladies in and out of dresses in the changing rooms!! If something didn't suit me, she would immediately say, so you know that you're getting genuine comments on the outfit. She knew what I wanted - a capsule of items that I can mix and match - and more than delivered, giving suggestions of how to put different outfits together. We visited 4 different shops in our session. I know that we are all biased because if we didn't like the SBS experience we wouldn't continue to book different packages, but I can honestly say that for me as a 68 year old, I needed someone totally unbiased to get me out of the rut I had fallen into. You're under no obligation to buy a thing, but why wouldn't you when the girls bring you such a selection that you probably would have never have looked at. Well worth saving up for.
