Jeg havde faktisk overhovedet ingen problemer med min ordre. Jeg havde læst de andre anmeldelser og Stylevana's FAQ og kunne forstå at leveringstiden godt kunne være lidt lang. Der gik lige 2-3 dage før jeg kunne følge ordren, men derfra var der ofte opdateringer indtil jeg modtog ordren ca. 2 uger senere. Alle produkter var med og jeg er yderst tilfreds med priserne. Synes virkelig man kan spare meget, hvis man ikke har noget imod at vente et par uger på forsendelsen :-) dog nåede de mange dårlige anmeldelser at gøre mig en smule nervøs og utryg og det er den eneste grund til at de ikke får 5 stjerne.

Schon mehrfach habe ich Kosmetik in dem Shop bestellt und nie Probleme gehabt. Zuletzt wurde mir der Preis für 2 Produkte erstattet, die sie nicht liefern konnten.
Einziger Minuspunkt ist die lange Lieferzeit. Darauf muss man sich einstellen.

Even though I was worried after reading the reviews in Trustpilot, I have to say that both my 2 orders, came without problem in time, I was informed that 3 of my ordered items were out of stock, and I received my refund for these items within 5 days in my bank account! So, no problem at all with Stylevanna. I placed the orders from Greece

Is a scam !
I placed the order Monday 12apr and still processing like after nearly a month.
I emailed the customer service their replied was they couldn’t locate my order ?? Omg ! Luckily I have all the proof and email . Seriously don’t purchase from them . Not sure if I could get my money back .

The customer service is terrible , the preparation of the shipment takes ages even if articles are in stock and the problem is that they never answer .
They also swipe gift articles so if you choose to order using a specific coupon code because you wanted to have a specific article in that coupon code well you may just get a random gift from an unknown company that’s not even good for usage !

I placed my order on the 19th of February. After weeks of no update, I contacted their customer service and they told me that they were waiting for an item to come back into stock. I was frustrated by the lack of communication, and mostly by the fact that they sold me items they did not have in stock when I could have purchased them from another company. I finally received my order today on the 31st of March. I think clearer communication is needed.

AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS! Terrible service! It’s been 54 days I ordered a simple hair mask and they are unable to give my money back and also unable to inform an estimate date to deliver it!

Please don’t buy anything from them! I’ve lost hope either to have money back or my order. Nightmare.

I didn't get my buy one get one free promotion. I took screenshots of the promotion at the time because there was no evidence in my order that I got it. I have written twice to stylevana.nl and once to general support as directed through instagram. I Provided photos. If I continue to go no answer I will file a report with EU consumer authorities. The package arrived in perfect condition, although it took one month to arrive. I received tracking information, and customer service responds within two days… I’m very satisfied.

My order was placed and paid on February 16th, but I have not yet received an update regarding its status. I only received an acknowledgment email/receipt. THATS IT!

Typically, orders are shipped the following day and provide a tracking number, allowing for the identification of the parcel’s location which is what ALL companies no matter how big and small operate. However, Stylevana did NOT provide me with any tracking number, oh also neither do they communicate with their with customers and they only send automated replies to all your emails.

I am uncertain whether my parcel will arrive on time or if it will ever arrive (looking at all the reviews). Spent 105 Australian dollars on this order.

So disappointed.

No acknowledgement email . A scam

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! My first order went off smoothly. No hold-up with getting my order shipped but once shipped it's very slow. Stylevana does not care about customer experience. I got everything I ordered. After my first order, I got a coupon code to use for my first free gift. Last night I was ready to place another order. I used the coupon code for a discount and free gift. The order form would not place my order. I tried again the next day and my coupon code and free gift discount had both been deactivated. There are a ton of complaints where people aren't getting their orders and Stylevana will not respond. It looks like on my second order I have now become another customer that did not get their order. And they are not responding to my emails. I don't get how they are allowed to continue to operate if they are actively stealing Americans' money by simply just not shipping orders and ignoring all requests from customers.

They do not respond to emails. It is well documented that they ignore customers. I've emailed them 10 times. They have not responded. I've asked for a refund, they won't respond.

I made a purchase on 15th November, 2024. By the time I was at checkout, the prices of two of the items in my cart already went up significantly (up to 4 times of the price!) which I later noticed after payment. Since then, I have been on this matter and it still has not been resolved. I have sent countless emails but they continue to respond with generic email. I have photo evidence of this. It is so unfair how a brand could treat a returning customer in such a manner.

The price glitch occured at checkout and the price difference is very significant. I paid significantly higher than the actual cost.

So bad, sent an empty mascara and no refund unfortunately.

What a joke of a company, I should have listened to the negative reviews. I recently ordered from Yesstyle and that was positive so thought I'd try Stylevana too. Ordered a month ago and my order still says processing. I've contacted them several times and the only response I received was them asking me personal details I had already provided. Avoid this company

What an absolute joke this company has been. I have placed 4 orders with them and with all of them I had shipping problems. And with ALL of them I had communication issues as well, as they simply do not reply to you or just don't care at all. They just sent random automatic replies. Worst customer service ever. My 3rd order was lost by the carrier and they refused to refund me. I had to insist for months for them to give me a voucher for the same amount I had spent. I then placed a new order and all items were in stock for 24h shipping. This was in November 2024. It is now January and I have no goods nor they reply to me at all. I have 4 or 5 queries sent to them on why is the shipping taking so long and NO ONE replies to me. Both in the website ticket system and via email (twice). After this order this certainly will be my last and I honestly discourage you to place an order with them. They have the WORST customer service I've ever seen. Posting with order number for expected resolution: BWSVEUB1000172444. I have sent more than one email already and NO ONE replies.

Il pacco non è mai arrivato. A distanza di 5 mesi, scrivendo quasi ogni giorno al servizio reclami, ho ottenuto un coupon del valore della merce da spendere sul loro sito. Il prodotto acquistato in precedenza però ha raddoppiato il suo prezzo.

I have ordered several times from Stylevana, they’re the best and cheapest option for Korean skincare! I have loved every single thing I’ve ordered from them! Shipping takes forever, but I have always ended up receiving my package. (Last order took around 45 days to arrive, so patience is a must)

Placed my order on November 5th, the item was in stock when I placed the order and it stated "delivered within 24 days", today is 9th of December and it still hasn't even been shipped, I tried to get in touch with them and they're claiming that the item is out of stock and that once it will be in stock they will ship it, but they don't even know when it will be in stock, at this point I just want a refund of my money as this is not okay, it seems like fraud to me.
