Absolute scam of a company
Absolute scam of a company. Do NOT purchase anything from Stynella.
Long story short: I placed an order with them, they provided a tracking website (some Chinese garbage) and the order never arrived. I believe the tracking website was spoofed. It contained fake info that wasn’t immediately apparent upon first viewing. Shipment never arrived & customer service was absolutely worthless.
In my defence, when i initially visited this website, the storefront was somehow mimicking “Velour Garments Spain” which is a legitimate site. The entire site including URL was replicated. I never even thought twice.
Normally if i fell for a scam i would just quietly take my L and move on, but due to the nature of this scam, i believe it’s important to bash them.
Their “customer service” is a joke. It’s just one foreign person who responds to your email once every 24 hours and tries to stall you. They continually stalled me.
