David is an astro-physicist of the sales world. If you could get a PhD in sales David got his! David puts things in easy to understand and apply ways while giving you the mental oomph to apply what he says which can often be a sticking point. David was at the heart of my formation of professional sales skills. Thank you so much for that, I will never forget what you gave me.

I began working for David thinking I was a Salesman and very quickly realised I had been "winging" it and actually knew nothing about the "Science" of sales. David taught me the importance of knowing your product inside out and that if I was confident I was more likely to succeed. I had always been guilty of "telling" a prospect and not asking my way into a Sale and understanding my customers needs and fears. No one shares knowledge like DT and by listening to him and adopting his practices I became more successful, achieving and excelling at targeted sales.

After many years in sales I was pretty confident that there was not much more I could learn to enhance my skills. However, to my surprise I truly gained more than I expected. I received training from David which was an eye opening experience that led me to become a better sales person. I really appreciated the repetition of the training that enabled me to learn the principles that eventually became second nature. In addition, I was able to implement what I learnt immediately.

The entire experience was great which I use daily in my personal and professional life.

I was a little nervous when I went for the training as it had been so long since I had been to such a thing. There was no need to be as David really looked after us all. There was no cliched ice breakers or anything like that, we were straight into some fantastic value.

David has a fantastic, conversational, easy style which I found to be really easy to work with and learn from. I didn't feel there was any filler or that the time was dragging. There was no after lunch "lull" or wind down towards finish time. We were getting full-on training for the whole time.

I left the course on a bit of a "high" and after a few days, when the dust settled, I wrote to David to tell him so. He was extremely gracious and has answered every email I have sent him since.

When I went to see David my new business was only a few months old. The first thing I got started on doing was amending our sales procedures and it has worked a treat. Our target sales for Year 1 was £1m, and we achieved that in only 2 months!

There are too many things that struck me on the course to go through all of them, but one of the things which comes quickly to mind is the whole concept of "pre-suasion", something which I knew nothing about until David introduced me to it.
