I honestly came here expecting nothing beyond cancellations. What kept me using it was the ability to set a budget and see recurring spending alongside everything else. It turned out to be more of a money-management tool than I originally assumed.

I wanted to cancel an ASPCA monthly donation. When I typed in ASPCA donation cancellation, subdelete page appeared and I filled out the info thinking it was ASPCA.
So once I realized I was at a service I don’t need or want I opened the account searched everything on it and there are no options to close my account with subdelete. So sent their customer service a message and explained that. Soon they responded and said we got the ASPCA cancellation reversed for you. Now I’m sending them another message explaining that’s not what I asked, I never mentioned ASPCA, all I want is to close my free subdelete account and erase my credit card information. That’s it, didn’t think it was this difficult to leave their service.
As much as I hate to call the bank I guess I better freeze the card and get a new card number, I’ve lost even a hint confidence in this subdelete group, but know anyone that makes leaving so difficult concerns me.

The hardest subscriptions to cancel are sometimes the ones I haven’t opened in months because I barely remember the account setup. Searching for the service first made getting started much less annoying.

I decided to do a no-spend month and started by reviewing recurring charges. Turns out subscriptions were quietly taking a bigger chunk than expected. I cancelled the ones I wasn’t actively using and kept the essentials.

I changed my main credit card and used the opportunity to review what was still charging me regularly. Subdelete made it easier to sort through the services I actually wanted instead of automatically moving everything over.

The process was automated but it didn't feel like my request disappeared into a black box. I could still follow what was happening and review the documentation connected to it. That balance worked well for me.

A nightmare trying to obtain confirmation of effective cancellations. All so ridiculously and unnecessarily complicated.

I signed up for Sub Delete and they did exactly what they said they would. A month or so later I noticed a charge on my account and I e-mailed
Sub Delete and explained the situation. They were more than professional , kind and understanding
and refunded my money. To me service was excellent. Carmel Baker
