I love ordering from this company. They offer great, quality hair. The wigs always look as advertised with little to no shedding. Whenever I have an inquiry, the customer service representatives responds timely and are always polite.

I order my wig on Ig, on December 28,2025 . I was looking to track the order, I sent an email and was answered immediately with update . The lady was working on my order to make it perfect and it arrived a week later with beautiful gifts inside . The wig is beautiful with 4c edges, medium kinky curly. Feels very natural and I can style it anyway I want.

This wig company is very honest, trustworthy and customer centric. I ordered a wig that came in not to my liking. I reached out to their customer service department that quickly resolved the issues but also went above and beyond to customize a wig to perfection at no extra cost!!! That’s what you call customer service! I’ve ordered about 6 wigs from this company and I plan on ordering more!! Subella is hands down the best wig company out there!!

My hair just arrived and I love it. I have the 4C Hairline Kinky Curly Wig 13x4 HD lace, and it’s so soft and natural. I barely had to do anything to it. Everything that came with it was a nice touch the cute pink robe, lashes, wig cap, and the edge wrap to lay the baby hairs. I will definitely be ordering again.

I just bought the wig and I have it on my head at work! It's very versatile. It feels light to run my fingers through it. It retains its curls, wet or dry. It has various lengths which appeals to me. I bought the 10 inch length and I'm loving it!

I ordered November 14 2025 today is November 30 2025 I'm going into December with no information about when the wig I ordered is coming.

I have bought hair from them a few times and I loved it all. The hair is good quality and doesn’t shed. If you’re thinking of buying from them then go ahead. You won’t regret it

The hair is ombré with blonde ends. Ends very thin and dry. Not pleased.

I have made several orders so far and they have all been on time and well packaged. What I love about them is that I am able to customize the size of the wigs and this is super important to me as I have a small head. I also love the "kinky" natural hairline. It's a really unique and thoughtful feature.
