The beauty of this mentorship is on the simplicity and structure of the program. The assignments and exercises are focused on doing self evaluations and structure our action items suited to everyone's personal goals. The FLY NOW sessions conducted during this course was very valuable to me. It helps in improving one health, fitment and stamina. In just three months of being consistent for those daily 5:30am sessions with Sreenivasu as Fly Now Mentor, my energy levels have increased at least three times now.
