I recently ordered a suit from Suit Culture for an upcoming wedding, and I was really impressed from start to finish.
My original order arrived promptly within just three days, which was a great start. I did need to exchange one item due to a sizing issue, but the returns process was straightforward and easy to manage.
When I ordered replacement trousers, there was an issue with DPD and the parcel appeared to be lost. Suit Culture stepped in immediately, contacted DPD, and rearranged delivery. Unfortunately, DPD failed to deliver a second time, but when I got back in touch, the response from Suit Culture was excellent.
On both occasions, I spoke with friendly and helpful team members, and I also received prompt, professional email updates. They quickly arranged for another replacement pair to be sent out, which arrived within two working days.
Considering this all took place over the Easter bank holiday period, the level of service was exceptional. The team were efficient, professional, and clearly committed to resolving the issue without hassle.
This is my second or third time purchasing from Suit Culture, and once again, they have delivered both in terms of product quality and customer service. The suits are excellent quality, and the overall experience has been consistently positive.
I would highly recommend Suit Culture to anyone. A big thank you to the team – I will definitely be purchasing from you again.

Overall Happy with the suit, had a few issues with the sizing and had to get waistcoat swapped outwith the 14 day return period which took some time and caused some problems but everything got resolved in the end so can’t complain.

Spent the morning with the lovely Evie. She was very helpful and extremely patient as we didn’t know what we were after. Gave us her opinions when needed and didn’t want to rush us what so ever. Lovely girl and friendly. Would 100% recommend coming to Suit Culture and definitely with Evie, wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else.

I can honestly say the customer service at Suit Culture is the best I’ve ever experienced. From the packaging to the communication, and the genuinely personable replies to emails everything is absolutely spot on.

They’ve truly got customer service down to a tee, alongside offering great quality suits. I wouldn’t consider buying from anywhere else now.

What really stood out was receiving a response to an email I sent on a Sunday over the Easter bank holiday within an hour. That’s what you call exceptional service.

Amazing service from Jazzy today , took less than an hour to get my husband’s suit, shirt, shoes and tie sorted. So easy and reasonably priced. Would recommend!!

Amy was really helpful with picking the right suit and making sure everything was okay.

Had a fantastic visit to the suit culture I am very satisfied with my tuxedo for a ball I am attending in May, thanks ever so much to Amy and Reanne for being the such a massive help, couldn’t recommend enough.

Came into store to collect a suit I had saw online. Met by very welcoming and lovely staff members Amy + Reanne very helpful in getting the right suit for myself. Would highly reccomend to friends/family

I’d been looking at different suits for my wedding but couldn’t find one. Me and my partner decided to make a trip to Suit Culture and it was definitely worth it. I liked multiple suits they had to offer, the fit was great and the service was elite. Liv helped us choose different styles and also offered us tips to match to the bridesmaids dresses. She was very knowledgeable and made everything so easy. 5 star service!!

Purchased my 3rd suit from suit culture over the weekend (always been the bishop Auckland store) Each time I have been in i have been served by different members of staff, but everyone of them have been great. Always on hand to help out and know your sizes without you telling them 😂 They even tie your tie for you if you want them to before you leave so its ready to put straight on.

Will be back again soon!

Visited the Bishop Auckland store today, suits are lovely and the staff are so helpful, specifically Kerin who really helped me out despite being really busy.
