The suit is looking good, the fit seems to be good, snug maybe too snug around the neck. That's my only concern

I have bought N-Joy Men's Eco Triathlon Wetsuit 2024. Great suit, I am very satisfied.

It took 17 days and appears to have been shipped from China. Tracking was terrible ( all in Chinese) and I wondered if it would arrive. I did correspond with your business and eventually was tol it was out for delivery yesterday. It did arrive, everything intact and fitted just fine.so I thank you for that! Regards, John Borland

Easy to get on. Very comfortable annd you feel the water glide by. Easy to get off too

I had to exchange my order and it is taking over two weeks for a replacement. The shipping company returned the order to Sumarpo for an unexplained reason.

This is my second wetsuit from Sumarpo
They are very helpful about making sure you have the correct size
The suits are high quality
The delivery this time was a little slower than the last
The “free” pair of goggles it came with were very poor quality however

Communication was excellent. I thought because I lived in LA and they were based in LA that I would get it quickly, but it took a bit to arrive because it came directly from China instead of being warehoused in the US. They told me the tariff situation had interrupted their warehouse stock and supply chain. So just be aware if you’re expecting a speedy shipment.

That aside, this was the third wetsuit I purchased to try and I guess third time is the charm. It’s been 10 years since I purchased or wore a wetsuit. I used to do triathlon in closed waterways on the east coast (Hudson and East Rivers, lakes), but now I’m OWS in the Pacific Ocean. The other two brands that I tried were very constricting in the chest and were a arduous to get on. I decided on the OW Aspire-pro. Trying it on I immediately noticed it was definitely stretchier than the others; a plus for me. I chose this one bc it had 1mm less thickness in the legs and I didn’t like the extra buoyancy of a 5 mm wetsuit the other two had. And honestly, the water doesn’t get too cold here. My test swim went pretty well. It still felt a bit constricted in the chest at first but I got more comfortable in it as I swam. It kept me plenty warm and I’ve decided to keep it.

It did cause some chafing on the back of my neck and under the top zipper tab. I’ll be sure to lube those places next time. Overall I’m pleased. I also think I’ll be happier with a sleeveless wetsuit like I was 10 years ago; that was my preferred one. So I may make an additional purchase with Sumarpo or elsewhere; haven’t decided.

I also purchased a thermal cap in S/M. I probably should have gotten a M/L bc I have long hair. That said, I bundled my hair at the back of my neck and that seemed to work ok. I tested it in the ocean yesterday in 64° water and just my swimsuit and it kept me plenty warm. For me I find if my head is warm the rest of me is generally warmer. I was comfortable my entire swim. There was no chafing or anything under my neck where the strap was. So I’m happy.

Conclusion, overall customer service was very good. Got almost immediate responses to my email inquiries. I like the suppleness and stretchiness of the neoprene in the wetsuit model I purchased. Would definitely consider doing business with these guys again.

Ordering was easy, information available in the website and tracking was informative too. Customer service even contacted me to double check my measures to make sure I ordered the right fit. And I sure did, the suit feels comfortable, looks great and I used in a couple of swim practices, didn’t limit my range of motion and also provides comfort in the cold water

Awesome customer service fits good

I've had a great experience with my order of a full wetsuit. It was last year's model of the Eco wetsuit. I found it very supple, easy to get on and off and seals very well at the neck and wrists. I'm a long time swimmer and I found the swimming quite natural, with a good distribution of flotation along the body. I was comfortable swimming in 12 C water. Using the website sizing form and subsequent emails from Sumarpo confirmed I had the right size. Shipping through border customs to my door was tracked online and very smooth.I've made a subsequent order for their cold water swim cap which I highly recommend.

The suit fits great, sizing was right on, and it came on time. I wish the sides weren't cut quite so high, it would be nice to have a 2nd version where there is more coverage on the behind, but otherwise super happy with purchase.
