Nick was very helpful with our setup. We weren't sure if SumoKey would work with our particular system due to possible extra-strong security. Nick offered full refund if the kit didn't work. Unfortuna... Toon meer

Completely satisfied
Completely satisfied. Exceeded expectations. I'm glad I am "tech savy" since some minor fiddling was involved (downloading and running a program) which might be intimidating for some. But, despite my concerns that I was about to be in for a bunch of pain, everything "just worked" very easily. What a relief! They even had me upload a photo of my keyfob during ordering to ensure that people order the correct kit (probably this was a problem in the past, and represents their taking proactive steps to be helpful and avoid customer frustration. I appreciated that.)
