I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Sun Baby.

I ordered a dinosaur bike for my son’s birthday and was able to complete and pay for my order. After placing the order, I was informed that the bike was actually out of stock.

I specifically ordered this bike for my son’s birthday and needed it to arrive before his special day. If the product was already out of stock, I don’t understand why the website allowed me to place and pay for the order.

I was then offered a different bike, but I do not want a replacement. I have requested that my order be canceled and that I receive a full refund.

This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Customers should be able to trust that products shown as available on the website are actually in stock, especially when purchasing a birthday gift for a child.

The merchandise received was very good quality, made extremely well, sizing was spot on and company keeps you updated on status of merchandise.

The outfits I got for my kids were perfect. As on the pictures. My babies are petite and they fit just right, not oversized. Everything was amazing. Yes pricy but worth their joy of authenticity in being un character. I ordered with time for our event. Packaging should improve to help outfits shaping. I had to mold them to be nice and ready days in advance.

My daughter had already bought and returned 3 costumes from the local pop-up Halloween store when she finally decided to go with a new, crazy-popular and hard-to-find character. Sunbaby was one of the few sites that had the look she wanted. We were really impressed with the quality and details of the costume we ordered.

Costume came in a timely manner and it fit perfectly. It was not cheaply made either and it was truly loved by my daughter. She still uses the custume now.

Amazing quality product & great delivery experience.

I ordered the Kpop Demon Rumi costume for my daughter for Halloween! It came on time as expected and is GREAT quality! Its not just a printed on design; there are sequins and chains and texture! Sizing was great as well. She received so many compliments!

I had a great experience purchasing a birthday gift on this website. I made the mistake while inputting my nieces address in the shipping info. She lives in a different state. When I realized my mistake, I contacted the company and received a quick response to help me remedy the issue. They were able to get the correct address and re-ship the gift at no extra charge. I am so grateful for the customer service I received. My niece will be so happy when receives her gift :)

Deer costume had nice slash marks

At first, I was a little hesitant about placing an order, but after reading so many great reviews, I decided to go ahead with it. I knew the shipping time would be longer than usual, but I still placed the order.

When I started getting impatient, I emailed the company, and they were very responsive. They provided me with an exact ETA for my item, which I really appreciated.

Once the costume arrived, we were extremely impressed with the quality. I have to say, my little girl had the best Zoe costume from Demon Hunters in South Texas! So many people asked where I bought it because the craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail were amazing. It looked exactly like the character.
