I’ve been using Sunbasket for years. I think even longer than my relationship! I love how it takes creates ease out of meal planning and that you can always find healthy options. They have gotten better with allergens too. It’s a pretty penny but worth it for good quality

My wife and I love Sunbasket. Its perfect for the two of us. They have never missed a delivery and the meals are always fresh and tasty. One thing I love is that its super easy to skip a week if we are going out town or need a break.

We have been using Sunbasket for several years now. I can’t imagine trying to come up with similar recipes. The recipes are easy to follow and only take 15-45 minutes (mostly dependent on cooking time not prep). Everything is measured and portion sizes are adequate (not too much or too little). If there was ever a problem with the quality of the produce (rare) or late delivery, Sunbasket was quick with reimbursement. We are fans for life!

Been getting Sunbasket for about 6 yrs. Obviously happy with it. The packaging and shipping is very good, with only a few instances of long delays/no show (all due to shipper), which SB promptly refunds. Excellent customer service. The ingredients are fresh (99.8% of the time). Healthy. Nice variety. Convenient, esp for 2 ppl. Saves us $ on buying larger quantities of ingredients that we may not use.

We've used Sunbasket for over four years now. It's a great addition to your usual grocery shopping list for quick meals. I'm a vegetarian so more picky but they have lots of options. We have our faves and enjoy the seasonal meal option changes. A must try for anyone looking to try out prepped meals.

I have tried at least a half dozen companies just to see what is out there but I keep coming back to Sunbasket. As a vegetable loving pescatarian, Sunbasket has the best fish/veggie recipes with fresh sustainable ingredients, hands down! They change up their recipes periodically and bring back my favorites frequently. If you are looking for fresh fish and produce, this is really the only kit for you! In the last 5 years, I have maybe only had a problem with an ingredient being spoiled twice. Each time it was so easy to go online and mark the product spoiled and have the meal refunded. No questions asked. no need for pictures or a lengthy phone/email exchange. That is excellent customer service!

I like Sunbasket but I struggle with getting a recipe I want due to it being sold out, and then I want to be able to ensure I receive it earlier rather than later at night.

Ordering is easy, the menus are diverse, ingredient quality is great and the meals tasty. It is easy to skip a week or two when needed and customer service is responsive on the rare occasion we’ve had an issue.

The reason for 4 stars is the overabundance of kale in the menu. I avoid meals with kale but one recent week I missed selecting our meals, and the 3 meals received (Sunbasket-selected based on our meal plan) all contained kale as a primary ingredient. My fault for missing the meal selection deadline but please use more varied greens.

Good food and delivered on time. Also food is packaged Good with ice and insulation for Arizona

The food choices are very good. There’s only been a handful of times when my delivery has been late, past 8pm and/or items have been missing.
Overall very happy! I would like to go back to selecting 2 meals a week. 3 meals is too many for me.

I love the variety and that the needed amounts are delivered - nice to not have to buy a jar of every different spice blend to try a new recipe!

I’ve been ordering Sunbasket for a long time. Other than some very random missing items, I can highly recommend Sunbasket! The food is fresh, healthy and delicious. I’ve enjoyed cooking using ingredients and vegetables that I haven’t tried in years. Give Sunbasket a try. You won’t be disappointed. Customer service is excellent. On the rare occasion if any ingredient is missing, they promptly give me a refund.

Food is always exactly as advertised. I've only had one or 2 times when something went bad. Customer service is always great as well.

Very dependable with well done recipes, quality ingredients and a big enough menu to support dietary restrictions while still having a variety of meals.

The meals are easy, creative and flavorful. I love their premade sauces. I value their brand standards like organic produce and ABF proteins.

I love my Sunbasket service. Through this I have become more confident in the kitchen and, since I work at home, actually look forward to the pivot it offers me at the end of the work day - singular focus on creating a meal. The food quality is great, I rarely have issues with produce being bad -- when I do they refund me the cash equivalent quickly. One minor thing that happens on occasion is delivery timing delays. I'll order for the week counting on getting my delivery in time for dinner on Monday at the delivery happens too late in the evening to cook. Overall, great service and great team with fabulous recipes and support.

Food is healthy. Delicious and everything comes fresh. I can only do this once or twice a month. Huge treat for me !!

Customer service is great. If I ever have an issue, they respond very quickly with a full resolution.

The variety of recipes along with great and intense flavors keeps me coming back for more. Recipes are easy to follow and healthy. The only reason for 4/5 stars is there often is a non-organic ingredient substituted for organics. Also, recipe cards aren't always provided. (Yes, one can read the recipe in the app but that is less convenient.) I'm happy to pay a bit more for organics and printed recipe cards, but we don't get any kind of account credit when those aren't provided.
