If I could I wouldn't even give them a star, so now they will give out these 50% deposit. I played and wagered it even their agent said I completed it but the finance department rejected my withdrawals. It has been 4 weeks!!!!!I have relentlessy being trying to contact and get my jackpot winnings from SUNBET. I Got the random jackpot and then out of the blue i recieved an error. i have been trying to sort this out with online support and the support email. But all i have received is. 1. having to wait online to be told you are in the queue and then get told they have escalated the issue the respective department. I was also once told it take up to 72 hours to be contacted. It has been over 300 hours. The email support only sends automated reply thanking me for my patience and that they will be in touch. They have not been in touch. I feel they do not want to grant me my jackpot winnings.

I deposited into sunbet before fica approval of my identity, they still can't approve my identity but I played and won aviator and jet x,I tried to withdraw the money and it's still pending..SUNBET is a total scam

Sunbet is scam it did not allow me to withdraw my money until I reverse it and play with all I hate you sun bet I put 350 voucher and was 700 bonus I play until I reach the requirements and won 900 but they rejected my withdrawal more than a week until I used it

People stay away from Sunbet!!!!!!! I won some money and have been struggling for 2 weeks to withdraw.. i emailed they create a ticket number but no response. I called they first tell me they had an issue with withdrawals then they tell me my bank declined mind you i play on hollywoodbets, betway and sportingbet without problems. I called my bank and they advised everything is fine no declines from bank side. Sunbet is a scam stay away when I get my money from sunbet il never use them again infact I'm sent an email to Western Cape Gambling board today.

Be careful when depositing money with SunBet. They will not allow subsequent withdrawals. I received a deposit match well over a year ago and have subsequently spent and won back all money more than 2 times which was the requirement to withdraw. This has now been changed to 10 times. They make excuses like FICA and anything they can to prevent me withdrawing my money! Very dishonest behaviour.

Pure Scam!!! Don’t put your money here. Twice in a row I’ve won on live roulette and when I switch to Lightening Roulette I specifically kept betting on one dozen for more than 20 spins and with 1000 on the dozen and at least R10 on each number. It did not land once in those 20 spins on the 2nd Dozen.

My account was blocked on 10 April 2026 , email was sent to Support and after another 3 emails they eventually said my account was blocked due to a compliance review and they will get back to me. I emailed again still got the same response . Chat to an agent today and still no explanation why my account was blocked so up until today , nobody even made an effort to update me with regards to my account if I don't make contact with them , nothing is happening from there side . It seems that complaints don't get escalated. Certainly they have supervisors that oversee workloads of agents and see that complaints get assigned too the proper department that can resolve the compliant , seems your money is only good enough to gamble other than that sunbet don't care about there customer service that's non existent

While playing one of your games on the Sunbet app, I encountered a bonus round that displayed my winnings on the screen. However, as the bonus was concluding, the app displayed a "game error restarting" message and reset the game. After the restart, my winnings were not credited to my account.

I contacted Sunbet's customer support and was given a case number (Conversation ID 348053). Despite my efforts in following up multiple times over the past week, I was informed that I would only be refunded the R2 stake I used to play the game, which is not acceptable.

This situation is particularly concerning because the in-game screen clearly showed my winnings. If a player can face an error that erases confirmed winnings, it undermines trust in the platform. For instance, if a player were to win a significant jackpot, there needs to be assurance that such winnings will be honored.

I kindly request that this issue be thoroughly investigated and that I receive the winnings that were displayed during the bonus round. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

Finally got my Refund after 40 days to be exact. Worst service ever stay away if you can and do your research.

I opened an account today, and despite my bank warning me of a scam, I went ahead and tried to deposit several times. My banking app said approved. Yet no funds showed .tried to chat with the fake bot with no luck. I have now blocked my card and can only hope that they did not steal my cash. The problem is these fraudsters have my personal info that I am unable to change now, and they can use it to defraud me.

After I suggests legal action and advice I was introduced to a senior official within their organization. I believe many other people have the same or problem. Holding people’s money.
