i bought a scooter and the battery indicator was not working and i never knew if it was full or empty the owner took care of the problem and sent me a new one and took the old one back and now i have a scooter that works great i would buy from the company again and suggest that others would buy from them they are a good company

I’m not sure if even 5 stars is enough! I was also able to contact the seller and he has been super helpful over several questions! They now provide two batteries with the scooter and both are under the limits of being able to bring them on an airplane. It’s quick and very maneuverable!! My mother is 91, and she is loving it. Very easy to learn and now let’s talk about portability! You unlatch the seat and pull it off. The seat mount then folds down and then so does the handle bar. Done! It’s fully collapsed now and can easily be lifted and put into a trunk of a car or even back seat of a car. With battery in it maybe just over 50lbs and less if you just quickly pop out the battery. My mother-in- law also has one and she doesn’t lift the entire scooter up but she lays a towel off the back of her car. She lifts one end of the scooter and places it onto the blanket and then goes behind the scooter and lifts up the back side and rolls it in. Super simple. This is a fantastic scooter - and yes our family has two now, one for my mother and the other for my mother in law and they both love them. It’s perfect for any kind of travel. My mother in law used hers over a couple days when we were at Universal Studios. Battery easily lasted the entire day! Would definitely buy again!!

I cannot say enough about Suncoast Mobility. I spoke with the owner directly (he picked up the phone after hours) and he knows exactly what you need given your circumstances. I suffered a back injury and was in a time crunch and he made sure my mobility scooter delivered to my home within 72 hours so I could attend my daughter’s college graduation without the back pain from walking. Suncoast also has YouTube videos showing their mobility scooters being used in everyday situations not just in the showroom.Please order from them. William is the owner and when he gives you his word, it means something!

We had some problems with assembling the Merits Dualer, but William was fantastic. He was very responsive. I went with this company over another because the service reviews were so much better. I was not disappointed.

When shopping for a mobility scooter, this company went above and beyond what I expected. I received pictures, descriptions, prices and much more of various models to choose from. The representative was always helpful and friendly, trying to find exactly what I wanted and needed. Even when I called the rep to explain why I wasn’t making a purchase at this time, he was understanding, wishing me well and a successful recovery. The company’s number is in my contacts so when I decide to make a purchase, they will be the first one I call.

Best place to get all your mobility needs. I bought two scooters and tell all my friends to purchase scooters from Suncoast. Their employees are amazing and friendly.

Icannot say enough good things about the personal service I received from Suncoast Mobility. My experience started with a bit of a hurdle: I had originally placed an order through a different company for a specific scooter, only to find out the color I wanted wasn't available.

That is when William, the President of Suncoast Mobility, stepped in personally. He didn't just treat me like another order number; he reached out to help me navigate the cancellation of that initial order so I wouldn't be tied up financially while waiting for the right product.
