Felt I was baited then switched with the offer pricing.

The whole experience was great. Had difficult title work to be done, and that went swiftly. Was very, very pleased with all the people who worked with me. Best part, didn't have to deal with real estate and all that goes with that type of a house sale. Only had to clear personal items and no cleaning. I've recommended this company with two others I know. Thank you to all the people who kept me assured and calm.

Great people. No stress and clear and informative. Made it easy. All transfer of the money and selling of property was easy. Felt confident because they explained everything well. Thank you Sundae. I would refer to anyone . You won't be sorry.

after the inspection the buyer pressed me to lower the price after integrating the existing tenant. then they flipped the house for more then double what i got. they took advantage and are awful. there is zero transparency and its a shady scam like almost realtors.

Everyone I talked to was patient, kind and explained everything to me.

They come in a push for everything to be done so quickly. I really feel like they took advantage. Then they resold the house for a lot more money. Feel duped. Seller beware.

They did everything they said they would, when they said, no last minute changes or surprises.

This company cannot be trusted. I entered into a purchase agreement with Sundae and two days later received notification that escrow had opened. Five days before escrow was scheduled to close, I received an email that the “underwriting team … has decided to cancel this project.” I pointed out that the contract stated, “Aside from an elected inspection contingency, there are NO FURTHER CONTINGENCIES [emphasis not added].” An inspection had not been elected; and when I pointed to this clause, the reply was that “inspection is inclusive of due diligence.” What baloney. They interpret their contracts however they see fit. I was five days from moving to another country. My options were severely limited at that point. Then, when Sundae received an offer later that day (which they did not share with me), they asked me to sign a “contingency extension.” I do not know how they could believe they could burn me once and then expect me to open myself to being burned by them twice. I instead signed the cancellation form and was fortunate enough to find a legitimate buyer. I would advise others to steer clear of this company.
