Sundays have always been brilliant from taking out my policy……..communication, speed of response to any questions or concerns etc has always been very prompt and efficient.

Very easy to set up my wife and myselfs bikes., at a reasonable price too.
Had a bit of an issue with setting up, but after a phone call the nice lady I spoke to managed to help me and get everything sorted. Didn't even need to wait long for the call to be answered.
Everything was explained.

It was a very simple process and this is what was required after such an unforeseen accident. The person I spoke with was kind and listened attentively to my questions and made appropriate recommendations. Hope never to use again, but you can never be too sure.

Exceptional service from start to finish. I crashed my 3T RaceMax Project during a UCI World Qualifier race and submitted the claim together with all of the supporting evidence. The claim was reviewed and authorised within 10 days.

The website is easy to navigate and the cycle cover is very comprehensive but remains very competitively priced. When I had to cancel the insurance after selling the bike they made the process super simple and were very helpful. I would certainly use them again

So far 5 stars because all the process to insure my bike was easy and quick. I will have to rate it again once I do a claim, but so far very happy. Very good price.

Wanted electric bike insurance x 2, used moneysupermarket, Sundays will replace old for new over 3 years old so great as bought second hand. Easy to use website to buy too.

Just renewing my household insurance that had the bike cover included. However speaking to the insurer found out they do not insure Ebikes. went on to the Internet. and Sunday popped up with a reasonable quote and cover was accepted immediately. excellent

The process was easy to do on line not being good with modern technology

They are a superb organisation in all respects - quality - service - price. Back in April, I was the victim of a devastating burglary. The care Laure and her team displayed during the claim was nothing short of superb. By following their protocols and requirements, the whole experience was brilliant. Well done Sunday's.

Very disappointing experience with SUNDAYS INSURANCE COMPANY

On 25/08/2026, I lost my bicycle after a thief broke the lock and entered my friend’s shop, where my bike was kept. I immediately reported the theft and provided all the documents and evidence they requested, including the police complaint details, CCTV footage, bicycle purchase invoice, lock purchase receipt, frame/body number and other supporting information.

After waiting 10 days, my claim was refused on the basis that the bicycle was not locked while it was inside the shop, even though the shop itself was fully secured with a locked glass door and shutter.

What is especially disappointing is that around a year ago, when I was contacted about renewing the insurance, the staff were very polite and helpful. I had explained on several occasions that I normally keep my bicycle inside my home, parked in my private passage, and therefore I could not always lock it in the way they expected. I was reassured and encouraged to renew the policy.

However, once I actually made a claim, my experience was completely different. I was repeatedly asked to provide the same information and documents again. They even requested call history showing that my friend had called me to inform me about the incident.

I had already provided CCTV footage, police information, purchase documents and other evidence requested. Despite this, the process felt unnecessarily difficult and exhausting, with repeated questions and requests for information I had already submitted.

The attitude and communication also changed significantly after I reported the theft. Instead of feeling supported after losing my bicycle, I felt as though I was being treated with suspicion.

I understand that an insurance company has the right to investigate a claim and request reasonable evidence. However, based on my experience, the way this claim was handled was extremely disappointing.

Think very carefully about the policy conditions before choosing this company. My experience has been that everything seems fine when they want you to renew, but when you actually need to make a claim, the experience can be completely different.

Sundays Insurance already had good reviews, so I thought I would give them a try. I was not dissappointed.
It was clear and easy to understand what they wanted from me and what they were offering in their different packages.
