Beyond awful
Beyond awful. Their I.T system doesn't translate your address to the courier so the package gets held. Constantly emailing to get my package delivered, this should be bare basics for a company selling anything. Avoid.

Hello Craig, I am so sorry that you have been let down, we have never experienced these issues with DPD before and have worked with them for many years. We have investigated this matter internally to see how we might better have managed this and indeed lodged a complaint on the matter too with the relevant parties. Be assured all parties have been alerted to ensure this doesn't occur again. Small comfort I am sure for you at this time, but certainly a lesson learnt for us. Thank you
