Sunergy provided us with a 7.5kWh battery installation to take advantage of our EV tariff. We had almost signed up with a larger national company when we became uncomfortable over their pricing. Whilst checking the hardware costs with a local vendor, they put us in touch with James at Sunergy. What a difference; he explained all the pro’s and con’s of the system we wanted, and his price was more competitive, to the extent that we added an extra battery up front, as adding later was not as straight forward or cheap as the original company claimed.

We are very happy with the result, it all worked straight out of the box and it’s rather satisfying to see zero incoming power all day long!

From first phone call and all following emails I found all the staff at Sunergy polite friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Making my purchase of Solar batteries to compliment my Solar panels a very simple transaction. The first two lads who came explained how everything works and best position to fit, nice friendly (even after a couple of hours enduring the dreaded M6) and no push to sell.
The two lads who fitted on the day and time agreed also very friendly and professional a proper pair of grafters, they set up my iPhone for the app and explained the workings. Also Jo in the office I don’t think we actually spoke but emails were answered very timely.
I could not recommend this firm enough and if I need anything else Solar related they will be my first call.

From the time that we first contacted the company, to the time the engineer installed our 2 inverters, communication has been very good. The engineer carried out a very good job, and was very polite and pleasant and took his time explaining the app to us.
We have every reason to believe any after care we may require will be forthcoming.

Very helpful and informative initial consultation and a very efficient, problem free installation. All the signs are that aftercare will be just as good. Everyone I've dealt with have been very personable and helpful.

I can't recommend them highly enough. They provided great advice to help me work out what I needed. They carried out the installation on the agreed date with no fuss and no mess, and took time to explain how to use the app for the installation. They then contacted me suggesting that I delay the payment date until February when new VAT legislation came into force, thereby saving me over £2000. I have subsequently called them to ask some questions about the app and they couldn't have been more helpful. Absolutely fantastic.

We had just the Inverter replaced. Jordan came and was very professional. The Inverter was replaced in just over an hour. No issues. I would recommend this company as anyone we spoke with during and after the sales process was knowledgeable.

I have no knowledge of what I required but the customer service was excellent they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They advised what I would need booked it in and the installer was so good he was also knowledgable and fitted my new inverter in a very confined space he tidied up and helped me access the app to monitor. Cannot recommend this firm highly enough.

I required a battery storage system to work with solar panels installed in the FIT era. I contacted Sunergy owners James and Mason who were very helpful in visiting the site, advising on the installation, and arranging a visit to SOLAX for me to see the equipment. A clear Quotation was provided with minimal pre-install charges.
At no time was I made to feel under pressure to purchase.
Installation Engineers Racky and Jordan arrived on time, discussed with me the detail of the install which they completed in a professional and timely manner, advised me on the system control and left the site clean and tidy.
The whole experience was a pleasure and I can thoroughly recommend Sunergy Renewables.

Everything about the service was faultless from initial contact. Nothing to take issue with! Jordan arrived on the arranged date at 8.30 and worked tirelessly for nearly 3 hours to complete the installation. He departed leaving a very satisfied customer!

Excellent advise everything explained before we decided to go ahead, no sales pressure at all. Battery and inverter installed where we wanted it. Installation team was efficient and no mess made. One phonecall requesting a clarification with the app was sorted. Really pleased with the system and results, even though we're not at the best time of year for solar, great being able to also use night rate power to charge.

Sunergy Renewables done an excellent job from discussing what was needed for the project and the actual installation. The project was to increase the battery storage at my Eco home to just under 50kwh plus Installing a system to enable some circuits to operate from battery storage in a power outage like the Internet,Fridges, lights and phone charging. Mason and his staff were great to work with on site and very knowledgeable about all aspects of Solar renewables.

9KW Battery system fitted this week to supplement our existing solar panels & myenergy EV charger.
First class service throughout, James & Mason came to answer question & advise, absolutely no hard sale process & both very knowledgeable
Install was within a couple of weeks Raki & Jordan were a pleasure to have in the house. Their install was first class even with a couple of issues that were resolved, they left our house spotless.
We did however have problems with the myenergy system not linking up with the battery system. Within a day of the install Mason & Jordan arrived back, after many calls & adjustment Mason successfully linked the two systems.
What more could you ask for, very knowledgeable, conscientious & focused on customer satisfaction.

needed a replacement inverter,found Sunergy Renewables online, called them and found them to be not pushy but very polite and professional and their price was good so ordered it.the engineer Jordan turned up on time and installed the replacement inverter in an hour, he was very diligent and experienced also very clean,explained all about the inverter and linked me up to Solax app which is very helpfull.

Sunergy did a great job installing the batteries for my solar panels, and they were very patient throughout the process. They took the time to explain to me the advantages of the batteries as well as the advantages that I would enjoy overall. On the day of the installation, the technicians arrived promptly and did an excellent job on the installation.  I am very pleased with their work

From start to finish, our experience with Sunergy was fantastic. We were looking for a battery system for our solar panels as well as an EV charger. Our initial contact was promptly replied to by James, and he came out with one of his team to survey our property. He gave us a very honest, clear, no hassle quote with which we went with. His team of fitters arrived on time on the day of the installation, and were incredibly professional and friendly. I can’t emphasise enough how pleased we are with the job they did. Everything was immaculately fitted and left spotless. Even though they had a distance to travel home, they stayed until we were 100% comfortable with how the system worked and gave us a thorough demonstration. We are already seeing significant savings and the system is working brilliantly. It’s been made evidently clear that Sunergy are there for post instillation support if we need it. We had been thinking of a Battery System to compliment our PV Panels for some time. We contacted Sunergy and received great service from our initial enquiry to installing our 9kw system. I absolutely detest pressure sales and upselling, and confirm that we got neither from Sunergy. The installation team were great, conscientious, polite and tidy. I have had a few questions since the install and they were pleased to talk through all of my questions on the phone. All in all very happy!

Had a Solax inverter fitted today by Sunenergy renewables. My fitter Jordan was great, knowledgeable, polite, friendly and helpful. Inverter fitted in about and hour, and solar system back up and running. Inverter came with a 10 year warranty and a very useful monitoring app.
Very pleased with the service, highly recommended.

Needed inverter replacing. Appointment booked within 2 weeks of calling them. Jordan was very professional and provided all the help and advice that I needed and set up a phone monitoring system for me. Sunergy quoted me £700 less than Solarstyle who had installed the system ten years ago. Very impressed with all aspects of the process and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
