I ordered the book mug on 7th December 2025 , paid just under £20 including shipping. Had very little response from the seller, a tracking number that I couldn’t track , and I emailed them on a number of occasions to ask for an update about my purchase. But when I clicked on the tracking link it just sent me to a generic website page . Now they say that the item has been delivered but I still haven’t received it ???

If I could give this product 0 stars it would be generous. The coffee book mug was such poor quality arrived late and would have been embarrassed to give anyway. This is a Scam company avoid at all costs

Same as others have said; scam company,the funniest part is they said it was delivered at 5:20am Christmas day...

I ordered a bookcase coffee mug on 7th December 2025, thankfully I only paid £15 + £4.99 postage. It was too be a quirky Christmas present.
No indication it was a Chinese company, standard reply email. Tracker number provided which was unknown.
Too much of this is going on now.
Avoid this company!

Bought an advent calendar claiming to contain WWII model planes. In reality the planes are cheap moulded plastic with absolutely no detail and unidentifiable as any make of war plane. Several are the same mould but in a different colour plastic. These are the quality, or lack of it, we would describe as 'cracker toys'. Moreover, the soft plastic emerges from the advent calendar all bent and distorted from being squashed into the box. They don't even stand up properly. This item was not as advertised and I was embarrassed having given it to a family member. I have written asking for a full refund and am happy to return the item as it really is rubbish. Shouldn't be allowed. I will remove this review if asked to do so if I get a full refund.

This company is a scam. I ordered a microscope as a present for Christmas two weeks ago and have had no acknowledgement or order number, no tracking available. No reply from, what now seems like, a fake "customer service" site. Looks like a con.

Please google this company before you purchase anything.
Sadly I didnt and they have never delivered my product- £40 wasted just before Christmas.
This is NOT a UK or Europe based company they are Chinese which is not what theybpurport to be. Lots of reviews will tell you their goods a cheap counterfeit (though they arent particularly cheap so you wouldn't assume that's what you were buying) but I have NEVER tecieved my goods and they're refusing to refund me. In fact theyve just stopped replying to my email.

Total rubbish. Item received nothing like advertised. Supposed to be whisky decorations advent calendar. Each decoration was about the size of my thumb nail. Wouldn’t see them in a dolls house. Avoid

If I could give no stars I would. Bought a WWII plane advent calendar for my son promising 24 little planes with detail and ended up with rubber planes, the same design block colour. Absolute joke. Have sent an email but doubt I will get a response after reading the other reviews. This item had many positive reviews so thought it was ok. Should have checked trust pilot first. The web site is no longer available either! Live and learn

Just read the 5 star reviews and how often they ‘shop’ at the same stores buying multiple products all 5 stars.
So obviously fake reviews

Well unfortunately I DID receive my order (nearly one month later) and it was appalling rubbish worth a fraction of the cost and barely resembling the product ordered.
Give this company a wide berth.

I ordered a gift beginning of October they told me it was delivered it hasn’t been delivered I wouldnt buy off this site again they have replied to my email after 10 previous emails not happy 😡

I placed a order weeks ago total scam don't replay to email or on line message once again do not buy from them

Made an order and they told me twice that it would be delivered. To this day I've never received my delivery. They are scammers. Don't trust them. They are thieves.

i would give 0 stars if was there over 10 days no order poor reply generative email cancelled credit card payment after 12 days still no order recived dont use to buy anything keep away reported credit card company got refund

It has been weeks since I placed an order with this company, the tracking number provided does not work.
I have tried to contact their email and had no reply.
I would at like my money back

Do Not order from this company.

Takes weeks for your order to arrive for it to be completely different from what you ordered. Wrote into them with no response. Save yourself the hassle and buy somewhere else.
