I just wanna start this off with the service and everything was AMAZING. Great job I wanna say thank you to santiago Gonzalez… very good with communicating with me and takes his time answering my questions.

I never would've thought I was going to put solar panels on my roof until my neighbor got a system installed. Luckily I caught Ulysses speaking with my neighbor and I was able to sit down with him so that I can learn more about the company. Every interaction I've had during this process has been amazing.

My experience with Sunforce has been phenomenal. Ulysses was a big help in showing me different options. It is very hot here in El Paso, so he was able to provide a system that powers our home separate from the grid! I will be recommending Uly's help to all families in the area.

I never really cared about solar or considered it, until I had the pleasure to discuss it further with Carlos Hernandez. He took the time to go over the benefits of solar, my electric bill consumption, stats, equipment needed, etc. Explained the process from beginning to end and I finally decided to move forward with solar. He walked my husband and I through each step and completed the install ahead of projected time. He regularly checked in to ensure he gave me updates on progress and answer any questions I had. Absolutely the best installation process I have ever had! Every person I communicated with was personable and knowledgeable. Sunforce completed in minimum time, coordinating all needed paperwork, and an error-free installation perfectly. Great teamwork, great system.

Sunforce Solar & Carlos Hernandez – Review

I first met Carlos Hernandez in February 2024, about six months after moving into my home. He stopped by to share how I could benefit from having a solar system installed, and I decided to hear him out.

At the time, my family’s attention and resources were focused entirely on helping my 16-year-old cousin fight cancer, so committing to a project like solar just wasn’t possible. When Carlos learned about our situation—and that my cousin shared the same name as his son—he immediately showed that this was about more than a sale. He told me to take my time, focus on my family, and not worry about solar until the timing was right.

Over the next 16 months, Carlos proved his sincerity. He regularly checked in on my cousin, my family, and me—not to push a contract, but simply to see how we were doing. When my cousin passed away in December 2024, Carlos sent heartfelt condolences and gave us the time and space we needed to grieve.

In late June 2025, when I was finally ready to revisit the idea of solar, Carlos and Sunforce Solar provided me an updated proposal. I had plenty of concerns about solar companies in general, but Carlos patiently walked me through Sunforce Solar’s process, addressed each concern with clear, viable solutions, and reassured me that he would personally be my point of contact throughout the entire process and beyond.

The company promised my system would be installed, inspected, and activated within three months. I signed the contract on June 24, 2025—and to my surprise, Sunforce Solar delivered everything within 5 weeks. By the end of July, my system was fully operational.

Sunforce Solar not only met every commitment, they exceeded expectations. Carlos Hernandez stands out as a genuine, caring professional whose integrity and compassion have been consistent since the day we met. My family and I are deeply grateful for his support, kindness, and prayers since February 2024.
