Took out the premium package (VIP membership) but didn't provide the service, and is refusing a refund.

Avoid.

Not professional at all. They don't even know how to respond. I left the group because of a lack of options. Asked for refund never responded. So called Mufti. Be aware brothers and sisters.

I was speaking to a girl for a month, we ended things and the girl decided to take revenge by falsely claiming that I was harassing and abusing her 🤣 she reported me, SunnahNikkah believed it and removed my account, without a refund... I paid £120 for my subscription. All these marriage apps are just money-making schemes, just look for a spouse the old-fashioned way instead of being scammed.

Alhamdulillah we found a match for our daughter in the first couple
of months on Sunnah Nikah.
It's very organised and easy to understand. There are several groups you can join which makes it easier to find a suitable match.

I found this experience the most dignified and respectful way to look for a spouse. The anonymity really helps with self esteem, as it can be difficult at times accepting incompatibility with someone. I was a part of this matrimonial group for 3 months and alhamd we celebrated the nikaah recently. An amazing setup for Muslims.. I pray Allah accepts the service and efforts of the founders and admin side and makes the journey easy for everyone looking for a spouse.

Poor customer service and organisation. They don't add everyone to the weekly spreadsheets they send out missing a lot of people.

Groups have repeat posts on which are not relevant. Around 10 people over 40, and loads of people who are not above 30 or 40 in the over 30's and over 40's group.

Quick earner for the organisers with poor organisation and irrelevant info being sent in proper groups.

Don't expect any wonders and do expect lack of variety.

Alhamdulillah, I managed to find a match through this process and have married all under a year. The platform is well maintained, moderated and serves a serious issue the ummah faces today.

All the people I have come across on the platform seemed to be very serious about marriage and I would recommend this platform to anyone who is seeking to find a match in a halal manner.

I joined Sunnah Nikkah last year as they had a Dhul Hijjah offer on their packages including the 1:1 support for a month.

The admin team were professional and responsive throughout. Communications can be through named contacts e.g. father, mother or yourself.

One thing I liked was that people can find your profile via the weekly spreadsheets so you do not even need to keep posting your profile on the groups. People were contacting us primarily through this method. Of course there is the option to post your profile regularly if you wanted to.

I had to wait a few months due to limited slots available for The 1:1 service. It was very professional and involved a member of the admin team confirming my preferences and filtering through the profiles on the database. The admin then allowed us to select which profiles we wanted them to contact on our behalf. This ensured that the named contact numbers of each party were only exchanged if both were happy to proceed based on the profiles, saving time and energy on both sides.

Alhamdulillah I was able to find my spouse via Sunnah Nikkah and have been recommending it to others who are looking to get married. Jazakallah khayr to all the admin team! It is a much needed platform for those who are wanting to find a spouse whilst being aligned with Islamic principles.
