I'm in my second phase of taking this... The Collagen Protein. It has also helped to regulate my hormones. Alhamdulilah!

I purchased a 3 pack of halal collagen that was supposed to arrive on 7/7/26 but it arrived 7/13/26 with no notification so I was just waiting unable to track my shipment. When it arrived, I received 6 packs instead of the 3 I ordered so I notified the company and they asked for pictures of the box but my husband had thrown it away as it was recycling day. They apologized for the wait, then promptly asked me to pack up the extra items & take them to the post office, pay for shipping out of my own pocket and return the items to their shipping fulfillment center. Do I now work for the company? That’s a lot of work to ask the customer to do! They said they would reimburse me for shipping. But not my time, effort or the stress this is putting on me, I have two jobs & 4 children. I don’t understand the audacity to ask for so much from a customer when YOU clearly made the mistake. I ordered the items to my home so I wouldn’t have to go out of my way, as I have a very busy & stressful life. I think the item is good quality, no taste, blends well however the Customer Service is deplorable!
This way my first time ordering from them & but if this is how they treat their customers, I can’t imagine purchasing from them again. Honestly, the fact that they take items back that could’ve been tampered with to resell feels very unsafe. here’s Where’s the quality control?

I used the Bovine collagen for over a year and my hair did not improve (I suffer from thinning hair and lack of shine) but my nails were much better (stronger nails and grow quickly). Switched to Marine collagen for 6 weeks and have not noticed any difference from first collagen. Will persevere as results might come later.

Absolutely highly recommend Sunna supplements collagen powder. My skin feels so much brighter and better after using it for a month.

Absolutely waste of time with the support. I message them so many times about an important query and you get nothing back.
If you buy from them and you got any issues you might as well forget about it. Find someone who really care about there people and customers. All that hype for nothing . One more thing this is not the first issue had with customer support. About a year ago had electrolytes come damaged showed them proof still they were not ready to replace or full refund. After multiple going back and forth caused us so much inconvenience then they decided to replace them. After service is not responsive or very poor. Negative review is not I do but this had a whole build up and had to be done.
Now they see this message which they know everyone see so now they are asking for more info. Why don’t you not respond on your dedicated support. You can see in this trust pilot review I’m not the only one this kind experience. Now you trying to reach out to me. Only if the issue got resolved the first time otherwise we would not be here chatting. Why does it take a negative review to resolve any issues when it could have been done the first correct way make no sense.

yes absolutely amazing product and helps me alot as I have pcos and thyroid i have so many health issues and just 1month start taking and my gut feels so good .

I have used it only for a month, it doesn’t hv a distinct smell or flavor, easily dissolved in warm milk , I think it works on my joints and movements I feel like there’s a bit of difference with ease but I haven’t remarkably see results on hair and nails , I do have a sincere feeling it might gradually start to show by 3 months and planning to continue, The subscription is on time !

Oh man I didn't see the reviews 😕 I bought 1 jist to see how the product is but unfortunately its didn't work, not again but jist seeing my PayPal I am getting charged £20 again they said if it doesnt work they'll gove you your money back within 30 days and its only been 2 weeks I responded 3 weeks today 11th July, how can this be? Sunna supplement halal hmm. You can take the money without consent, bit remember you will be writing those deeds in the arkirah. You will pay back ! My Allah subhana-wa-talla is watching. All those people that have given their review. No point saying you didn't see their enquiries or orders or order number, you have taken people's hard earned money for something that hasn't worked for people and a lie over giving full refund back within 30days? Fishy !

Am really happy with the products. I have used the electrolytes and mango lassi which are really easy to take. Thus is the second time I ordered.

I have been using the Sunna Supplements halal collagen since COVID and must say I have experienced a number of benefits. My hair never used to grow and now grows to lengths I have never experienced. My nails are much stronger and grow very quickly, and results in having to cut them within a 2 week period. I am 57 years old yet my skin appears to be the best it has ever been. I am using this sunna collagen supplement almost 2 weeks. I truly amazed with results. Actually i am a kidney dialsys patient from almost 3 and half years, nothing works for me. But now i start feeling energy, before i am tired and feel weekness, body stiffness, pains, bad thing is, all the time having bad pains in body. Every time went to ER.
