Do not order anything from this company. I have send many emails trying to get my 56 dollars back..The tops I order are cheap and I can't get them on but they will not give me back my money.

I should have read the reviews before ordering 2 tops.
Quality of the material is horrible. Looks like they were sewn together in 5 minutes. Will fall apart if
Washed I am Sure. No label and loose threads everywhere.

Absolutely horrible, the product did not look like what I ordered, my product took entirely too long to arrive then when I did receive it it was in a plastic bag, I will never ever by another product from them, and I will definitely not refer friends and family they deserve a law suit for this, taking people money like this, I am very upset 🤬🤬🤬

If it had a 0 i would put 0 stars! These people are misleading ripp offs!! I received my order after waiting 35 days and it was not as described. I got two Tiny little battery operated hard bodied toy dogs that I could've picked up at the Dollar General for less than 10.00. These toys were 25.00 each! Nothing realistic about them. Nothing like the website offers. They took pics of real dogs passing off as their products. Buyer beware!! These scumbags need to be put out of buss with the U.S. These toys came from China. What a load of crap!!

i gave one star because you have to give stars to carry on with the review,had i been able to give no stars even better -stars i would have.Do NOT ever buy anything from this company,the photos on their web page bear NO resemblance to the item they send it is an absolute con NEVE EVER buy from this company.

This is crap, it should be a realistic dog. So far from good. This is the first and the last time i take something from this fakers site. 25 dollars and more then a month waiting. And i regret it. So people dont buy from here its Chinese crap

Ordered a husky puppy that was supposed to act like a real dog. Chose the husky for the incredible blue eyes. Looks nothing like the picture. Does nothing but stand there. Actually looks more like a lamma than a dog. The eyes are not even blue. If I had seen this in a store I would have passed on it. Complete scam.

They advised a so called dog of your choice that moves like a real dog but its simply a cuddy toy that does nothing at all total scam be careful its a con.

I ordered three of the 2020 Christmas ornaments in September, knowing there was a risk that the quality might not be the greatest. I received the order October 15, entirely shattered. I contacted customer service and sent photos and a description; received an almost incoherent response asking for photos, and if I could use the product normally. I responded immediately with more photos and heard nothing. I followed up twice via email after that and have still not heard anything, nor gotten a replacement nor gotten my money back. CRAP quality and THIEVES at that.

Ordered 1 for my niece and got a stuffed dog with a flat cardboard bottom. It's such a scam.

Terrible quality! I should have checked them out before ordering. See-through material and the halloween costume grade. I paid $35!

The descriptions over sell everything on the site. I ordered over $300 worth of items some were decent quality and others were significantly cheaper quality than I expected. I ordered the galaxy light for my car. Plugged it in once and never worked. Emailed them right away and multiple times after that to exchange (not return). I never received an email back and then out of principle I decided to return everything I ordered that was well below par of the item I thought I was getting. Go figure still no responses. I am disputing the whole order with my credit card company at the moment. My advice is save yourself the hassle and DO NOT ORDER from here!

Same issue as others reported here: bike tires don’t fit to rack! And returning it to China is so expensive that I’ll never see my money back..

I also ordered 4 Mountain Bike storage holders. They DO NOT fit a mountain bike as they advertise. A refund only given once shipped back. Shipping will cost me over $100 and I paid $50 for the racks.
They are now offering me 30% back if I keep them.
So disappointed.....this is their mistake - not mine.

I would strongly recommend NOT buying their bike storage clips. I ordered 4 Mountain Bike clips and they aren't large enough for the tires. There is no phone number to contact them and when you fill out the customer service form you get a generated response (NOT support). ALSO, you have to pay for the shipping to return them to China and they will refund after they are received.

Got upright bike hangers, 4 of them!!! The site said they would fit a road bike, but now that they came and I measured the opening for a tire (0.5") I realize they won't fit ANY bike! For $15 a pop they are incredibly flimsy and cheaply made. To return them I would have to pay to send them back to the UK, and looking at reviews from others it might mean even more money wasted. I guess I will use them to hang a mop, and they will make for the most expensive mop hangers out there! Note to self and other impulse buyers: read reviews before you use a site you never used before. If a product looks to good to be true and too cheap to be good, it probably is.

product is cheap. Product does not work. Customer service is a joke. Tell us you problem. Email two assign code from list. Email three send a picture........my heavens it's $20 bucks.....you sent the wrong product. I lost my $20 bucks save yours.

ZERO stars. It took 2 1/2 weeks and two emails to get the tops I ordered. The tops were three sizes too small, long-sleeved (I ordered short-sleeved), and the material was of poor quaIity. I made the mistake of not reading the return policy, which includes bearing the entire cost of shipping back to China. It will cost more to ship than what I paid for the tops. Lesson learned.
