This review is only for the ordering & delivery not the quality of items as I haven't used said items.
Ordered tapered leaders & 50m x 6lb line. No sign of items coming several days later apart from order confirmation & sent by Royal Mail. Tried to use Royal Mail tracking number which apparently you can't use until item is out for delivery! Tried using "Shop" as stated on Sunray website but could only find items to buy couldn't see where you can track a Sunray order. Was concerned because of the negative reviews on Trustpilot so contacted Sunray. Got an almost immediate reply from Jason who said he would investigate but made no reference to my failed tracking attempts. Jason came back & confirmed order & posting, he answered all questions apart from tracking & replied promptly. My order did arrive subsequently & i would have given 5 stars but dropped one because of the lack of tracking. I appreciate there seems to be a lot of negative reviews on Trustpilot & had I seen them before ordering I would most likely not ordered from Sunray. My experience was a positive one because of the response I received from Jason & I would order again from Sunray.

Ordered from Republic of Ireland
They did not flag up customs charges.
My fault for not knowing, but not flagged on their website
Order returned and I gave a new address in N Ireland, bingo no customs
Goods not received, apparently out of stock and then “lost” in mail.
Finally resent after 4-5 weeks
But sent to ROI address again but customs letter sent to N Ireland address
E mailed, got the “ we are short staffed 7 day delay e mailed”
I asked for a refund in full.
I asked for a phone number to resolves, neither was forthcoming
Today I was told to change my “ tone” or I would be blocked
Apparently sending them the Trustpilot with its feedback is too much.
Seems as per last e mailed it’s all my fault, they want £20 to resolve but I’m blocked.
Great work Sunray.

Leaders ordered weeks and weeks ago. Nothing. No tracking information available. No response to several emails. These people are either incompetent or dishonest - maybe both. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I have bought from them before and had no issues including thier fly lines a rod and leaders, But it seems if there is any issues it good luck to you, They need to tighten up thier stock trakcing I orderd quite a few leaders and I got a mail from them a few days later they did not have them in stock and there would be a delay (website clearly stated they were in stock) I said ok I can wait I have other leaders and I can pick up a few from other retails, It has been a month no further communication from them despite me reaching out asking about the delay and I am of the mindest if I pay a premium price gear I expect premium service such as communication. I could have went to one of their compitiors but I deceided to throw the business thier way and they treat you like nothing not a great way to do things. Order #82074 in case Sunray even look at this stage you may cancel the order and do a full refund including shipping costs.

Ordered 2 rods . No tracking provided after 4 days was supposed to be 48 hour delivery. No rods ever sent.No reply to emails
Now going through process of recovering my money via PayPal and bank. Will be reporting to trading standards

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Please do not waste your hard earned money on these idiots. Still waiting for my order now for over a month. No customer service phone number. Avoid avoid avoid

Bought 2 Kevlar® NoKnot Proline Floating Fly Lines for my fishing trip to south uist… well after 6 days fishing both have been put in the bin! Loops coming apart, line sinking and also cracking all over with the coating coming off! Absolutely shocking quality for a £90 fly line! Never again will I buy from Sunray!

Purchased an Intermediate fly line last Friday. FB add stated next day delivery. Couldn't access the 10% discount BUT Hayley was quick on the email and sorted it for me once I emailed the purchased order number.
UNFORTUNATELY this is where the service stops. Company brags about fast and reliable email replies. This is NOT the case!!!!! I have sent FOUR emails asking where my item is, with no reply. There is no actual contact number either...now I know why..They would be inundated with custome calls asking where their ordered items were. Since Friday's purchase, no delivery Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and today. VERY disappointed & will now spend my money elsewhere.
Tom should spend less time " showing off" with FB posts and more time sending out paid for items!!!

Ordered some leaders on 16th April. Today is the 28th still nothing. Have sent 4 emails but no reply and cannot find a phone number anywhere.

No communication, no phone number, ignore my emails wanting a return. Sent the wrong line 3 weeks late. Absolute waste of time

Great fly line... delivered super quick - ordered online Sunday evening and arrived on Tuesday. Loaded on a reel and fished with it a couple of days later. Casts really well and feels very slick. Caught two rainbows over three pounds. Great experience with Sunray... not sure what the negative feedback others have left is about... I can't fault them.

I placed a order with Sunray late on Monday 1st Sept,so order would have been received on Tuesday 2nd,my order was Proline Max Floating line & Tippet Leader 12ft/8lb (#71125),after placing order I reviewed company on Trustpilot,which I should have done before placing order - i was worried & I mean worried after reading reviews - today (Thursday 4th Sept) my order popped through door - with updates everyday from Sunray/Royal Mail on delivery - can't ask for anymore ?? - Yes,by all means there may have been problems with orders in the past but my experience is definitely 5 star - no complaints whatsoever !! - tbh no I haven't fished yet with products,but just wanted to leave review for ordering/delivery - i will leave a review on quality once I have - but Sunray have came put tops this time.Thanks for reading.

The advertised leaders look good and are straight but not the advertised rating
The 5x is so thick …maybe 3x that it will not go through a size 14 hook

Horrible customer service!!
I bought my line on the 14th and still has yet to even been looked at.
Says 7-14days shipping and that won't be the case.. I requested a refund but no answer from anyone.
Not sure if this company is still running or not.. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Very poor do not order from this company just one delay after another. Do not advertise something for pre-order and then keep delaying delivery.

I ordered a fly line on the 17th July and I received it the next day! The overhang marker works perfectly and the line shoots like a bullet! Truly a 5 ⭐️ quality product.

Worst company ever. I wish I have read the reviews before I buy something here. I got same excuses as anothers costumers, short staff, short stock... They don't have the fly line I ordered in their lager or in stock but you can still buy it in their page and still saying "in stock" today has been 21 days since I made my order and I haven't received the Flyline jet. But today I got a customs fee for 220kr (NOK) because they are not registered in Norway VAT. Even they anunce in Norway and provide 2 to 4 days shipping. I hope the line is worth it the 800kr I needed to pay in total. But seeing what is going on with this company a fly line from Temu will be same...

Don’t know how a company can take so many orders when they have no staff to make the orders🤣 I’ve been told the same excuse as last week, short staff and somehow the fly line that I’ve ordered is somehow not in stock till early next week 🤣🤣 funny how everyone is saying the same thing honestly company’s like this need boy cot absolutel joke.literally every comment I see is the same thing, so they are taking your money even tho they don’t have any the fly lines. That’s the worst kind of business.

I orderd a fly line and got a email it was not in stock. I ask for 3 times to change the line from a 5wt to a 8wt. No respond on the mails. Even if you want your money back its not possible because they dont respond. Its a shame.

Ordered some fly fishing gear a week ago received nothing, no response to my email and no contact number available to discuss my order.
