I decided to write this review due to reading other reviews i applied for a short term loan with sunshine loans got approved process was easy payments were affordable no intrest just standard account keeping fees understandable as company also needs to make money. Second time around i didnt get approved as government regulations change and sunshine needs to abide not there fault if you need a short term loan sunshine loans is the place to apply at

I've been loaning off from Sunshine for over 2 years now. They have been really helpful along the way whenever I needed help to hold off a payment! I tried giving a feedback today by an email i received but unfortunately the ticket has expired. Lol. But other than that, all my loans I've applied for has been approved 😀 thanks guys!!

I believe that sunshine loans are going to go into bankruptcy. I have been loaning from them for a long time tried to get a loan, today, they did not approve my loan. In fact my circumstances have only gotten better with my wife landing a fantastic job. So I will not be loaning from them again. Please be warned do not loan from Sunshine loans. Do not. Spread the word. Please. Thank you have a great day.

Staff are 10/10. The fee added to loan is something to consider but not exorbitant and the customer service is really top notch.

Horrible interest rates. Need to be reported for unfair business practices.

This company false advertises to generate business. I went to the web site to gather more information and to gather feedback information. A few hours later I received an email that I pre-approved for an “express
loan”. There were any disclaimers such as “as per lending criteria” etc. so I completed the form with the knowledge that I was ‘pre-approved’ only the next day to receive an email to say that they “can not help” me. I will be complaining to the ACCC.

Sunshine loans are great I have taken out loans multiple times I have took out a other loan they care about people asking them if they can Rey pay a loan before it is approved due Covid an care about there employment well done 👍

i have had loans with sunshine loans for years then i complained once about how an application result was not fair so they banned me for a year .It seems they cant handle customers complaining. Im totally disgusted by what they have done . Long standing customers is not something they take seriously.

Sunshine loans is honest and professional in dealing with people and their finance. I have used them when I needed it to help out with essentials and it has helped me get in front. You must have a good credit rating to apply and its understandable if they reject you if they believe you might have insufficient funds to payback. It is a loan company which will help you but you need to be able to also fork out weekly payments to pay them back. Thank you for your service.

Reasonably quick approval, shocking customer service, and no details saved for a future potential loan despite paying off in full and in a timely manner. Even when I did track down a number staff member was very rude. Legalized loan sharks. Try Cigno. At least they have people to speak to and an email address.

No thank you... you wouldn't help me then and you're not going to help me now because of your lending criteria I now have an even lower credit score

At first was great always up to date with payments never had issues even paid off early but in the end started being garbage sending me sms emails just of garbage try this try that declined don’t recommend them anymore go elsewhere!!!!

Sunshine loans has not only come through for me in hardship grounds but that of my sister and brother when I recommended them. My reason was that they LISTEN and then based on you circumstances that to me involve telling the TRUTH about liabilities they take these factors and others which might mean not big sums but then they can give you an answer. If they say NO it’s not because they don’t want to give. They are looking out so that they do NOT put you into more financial strife as the money has to be paid back along with the interest outlined. Or they could say YES and the amount can be what you needed or less. But either way Sunshine Loans has helped me so much when money is needed in an emergency and I have recommended my sister and Brothrr that are happy with their services as I am sure any individual that chooses Sunshine Loans will be great full of their one on one service with the customer that they see as a person not a number or a figure given by a computer. Thank you Sunshine Loans for all the help you have given me over the years and in time to come.

I've been a customer of sunshine loans for a while now, each time I apply they never let me down and always approve me, they are fast, efficient and friendly, no paperwork involved.. I cannot praise them enough... so definitely I highly recommend.. cheers 😀

I am currently bankrupt due to a previous financially abusive relationship, noone wanted to give me a chance. Sunshine loans loaned me $300, they gave me a chance when no-one else would. Amazing and fast service. Thank you ❣️

Cant fault them at all. My credit rating is very poor but having a regular income they could help me out and even during covid they offered a stall on repayments with no fees!!!!

Extremely satisfied with my experience, application was quick and easy, no hassle when phoned the person I spoke to was very friendly and kind, was approved in less than an hour, most pleasant and easiest experience I have had when applying for emergency cash, could not recommend enough.

Such bad Public relations very rude. Dont waste your time with this mob too mant bad reviews. Have been a loyal customer to just ltop up cash flow and have always paid on time without any problems l so why a such a bad review they are now incinuating i cannot pay future loans. I have read of several bad reviews such as this. Some clown who does not know what they are doing. I can put up with the very high nearly 30% interst. Because they are convenient this is my choice but to be humiliated with unfund lies is pathetic
