We have been working with this supplier, and it has been an absolute nightmare.
-All orders are dispatched later than their promised lead times, they will give you a 3 week lead time and the order will be dispatched after 3 months!
-The supplier is dishonest and shady about the order terms. They will tell you lead times directly and then add a completely different lead time on Alibaba to avoid any liability on our end. This is how they have been able to get away with lead times that where 10X what they promised.
-There is 0 price consistency and their prices are 2X higher than other suppliers. When we started working with them, we had a price list, and over the past 6 months, Sherry has been constantly raising prices and we are now at a point of getting double the prices that they previously quoted.
-There is 0 communication. Sherry will avoid all our messages. We have to ask 50 times for tracking and never get, we don't get answers for orders updates.
