Amazing product - love that it has natural ingredients, and actually works! I like that it works gradually, so it looks very natural and you can stop when you have the effect you want. I wanted a balayage look, with lighter ends. It has worked perfectly, exactly what I wanted. I have light brown hair and used the light version, and my ends are now golden brown/blonde. I'm getting compliments and I love how it looks.

Customer service was also really great when there was an issue with the first order. They were prompt and solved the issue very quickly. What a great product and company!

I was previously using another brand that also offers a blue hair mask and lightening spray. I compared the ingredients and did as much research as possible and decided suntouched was a little more affordable and only a few ingredients were different so I went for it. The blue hair mask is AWEFUL my hair is so dry and it didn't even tone my hair at all. The other brand left my hair so smooth and a beautiful tone. I went back to read more reviews and realized you can't even click on the star rating to read actual reviews, it's just a random star rating. I couldn't find the return policy anywhere on the website, finally after googling "suntouched return policy" I found a landing page that of course said they don't accept returns of any kind. The hair lightening spray I haven't even opened the packaging yet but i'm scared to even try it. So disappointed with the quality of this product. The bottle is TINY too compared to how they make it look online next to the lightening spray bottle. I wish that I noticed these things before ordering.. but I got distracted with all the marketing on the website.

I bought 2 hair lightener for light hair as they were on offer. I have used it for a month now and totally dissapointed as my hair is turning orange and darker. Used to have it much better before using this product.

My order was returned by customs due to incomplete information provided by the sender.
I’ve been sending tons of emails to the suntouched ‘support email’ box and messages to their IG account, but they don’t reply!!! I lost all my money. And did not receive any product, nor an answer on email or social media!!!

I’ve been using Suntouched for two years now, and I honestly can’t imagine my routine without it. It smells amazing, it’s so easy to use, and the results are so natural looking. I’ve always had virgin hair (long, dark Asian hair) and wanted to try highlights or lightening like balayage, but I was honestly too scared of the salon (both the damage and the expensive upkeep).

This product is completely misleading and highly disappointing. It contains ingredients that are not disclosed on the website and omits others, which is unacceptable and deceptive. It left my hair severely dry, damaged, and looking burned — even after using the blue mask as instructed.

I trusted this brand and expected quality, but I ended up frustrated and upset. I will be sending the product to a lab for analysis to verify exactly what’s inside.

I strongly warn others: do NOT buy here. I will never purchase from this company again, especially given their lack of refund policies and complete disregard for customer trust.

I am in uk and we had some issue with the shipping. The suntouched team was on top of it and kept me informed - nothing worst than waiting forever a delivery without any info.

My most recent experience is from this month, February 2025. My first experience using Suntouched was July 2024 and from that, it inspired me to repurchase to get me out of another unfortunate attempt at dying my hair at home.

My initial experience I had dyed my hair a medium brown, but from what I have now learned; those colors are often 2 or more shades darker than what is depicted on the box. So what I truly ended up with was dark brown, nearly black hair. Before resorting to the salon and likely spending a few hundred to have my hair color corrected, I wanted to see if a less invasive and less expensive solution was available.

I was aware of bleaching/lightening hair sprays from growing up in the 90s, but wanted something that wasn't going to damage my hair to oblivion especially after I just botched it with a box dye.

I was between Suntouched and one other brand, and approached it with a healthy amount of skepticisim. I read and reread every review from the 1 star to the 5 star. The main thing I kept coming across was the sentence "give it time, it does work" and, "took 2 bottles to start seeing results." So, I decided to give it a try.

My first go around, I likely would have seen results by the first bottle but going against my own advice of taking it slow and being patient, I sprayed nearly the entire bottle on my hair and wanted it to lighten instantaneously. With that, it wasn't until the second bottle and I spread the days out that I finally noticed gradual lightening of my hair. I went from a dark brown to a nice medium without any brassiness, but with my rushing I did damage my hair and needed it cut.

This time around I took it much, much slower and incorporated hot oil treatments between each session. I embarrassingly have to admit that the same at home box dye error led me here again, but I have hopefully learned my lesson.

My results to get to where I got visible progress and am happy with where I'm at color-wise took exactly 1 month. I started January 1st with dark brown hair and by February 4th my hair was a nice golden medium brown.

I did 3 sessions of sitting outside with sun, 1 with the hair dryer and 1 with combined hair dryer and then sun exposure. I honestly prefer the sun method even though I despise being outside because I do feel it works more effectively. The 2 times I used the hair dryer, I saw some split ends a few days after and my hair felt crunchy despite the hot oil treatments.

I had bought the bundle from Suntouched but bought an emergency overnight bottle from Amazon because I couldn't bear looking at how awful and dark the dye turned my hair. So I still officially have 2 bottles leftover which I will curiously try and see if I can get even lighter results. I'm happy with where just one bottle has brought me, so in using the leftover bottles I will likely be even slower with when I use it and sit out, probably once every other week or so.

I'm very impressed. I say give it some time to work because even with a box dye, it lifted the color nicely without any brassiness and I could see a visible difference by the 2nd application.

the Suntouched for dark hair actually changes the hair texture in an unappealing way. I tried to return the product, but the company does not accept returns or make refunds.

Suntouch hair lightner is the best!! I am very satisfied with the way my hair lightened so quickly (and my hair is dark brown) but I had amazing results and most importantly my product came quickly. I highly recommend Suntouch for a nice lightner to your hair compared to some of the other companies that sell hair lightners with such harsh chemicals. Try it , you will not be disappointed.
