Destination changed from Bermuda to Canada day before travelling because of bad weather. Devasted. Not allowed to cancel. Found out onboard that one third of people cancelled with Virgin and were given credit for another cruise. Sunway did not offer this option.

We sincerely regret the last-minute change to your itinerary and understand the disappointment this caused. Unfortunately, such changes can occasionally arise and are often entirely beyond the control of those involved in the operation of the cruise. As you will appreciate, weather conditions can be unpredictable, and the health and safety of all passengers onboard must always remain the highest priority.
Please be assured that, as advised by the cruise operator and communicated to our clients, itineraries may be subject to change due to circumstances such as these. In this instance, Sunway was not given the opportunity to cancel your cruise in exchange for a future sailing credit. Had this option been made available to us, we would certainly have extended it to you.
We are truly sorry that this situation had such a negative impact on your overall enjoyment of your holiday.
