Received an iPhone 16 pro max beetle…

Received an iPhone 16 pro max beetle phone case, the case is near fully enclosed, the screen protector on the front doesn’t fit, the screen is curved when the phone goes inside the case, this is like an air bubble between the phone screen and the see through protector which means when I type I’m pressing against air before my thumbs feel pressure on the phone, terrible quality, only revived it a few days ago, I’m sure they will respond saying sorry to hear that etc however I think that’s designed to keep new customers thinking well at least the company is responding that’s a good sign, however, if your easily swayed by a comment by the company over the actual quality of the product your about to buy then you may be lambs to the slaughter

From what you’re describing, it sounds like something isn’t sitting right between the phone and the front cover. We’d like to actually see what you received and check it properly rather than guess from a description.

Great products and service

So far, I bought a watch case for my galaxy watch and it's very durable and it looks good. My first one started to get a crack in it. And with the warranty, they replaced it at no cost. I highly recommend your products. I will get a phone case up on my next phone purchase.

Rugged Case…

Supcase is one of best case I used they are stylish, rugged look and not easily to scratch. Moreover the price are reasonable, I’ll definitely get another one in the future.

Best case I could find and great support

This case and belt clip holds my pixel 9 pro phone daily and has worked through miles of hiking, just beneath my fanny pack. It lets me easily get at my one-handed from the belt clip phone dozens of times daily. I can sit, stand or drive without the phone being uncomfortable or falling out out of the belt clip. I wear the phone horizontally, and have the belt clip through a pant belt loop, so it doesn't need to hook onto an actual belt, but I'm sure it could also do that. I initially purchased an Otter Box and my phone fell out of it daily till I had to send the phone in for repairs. This Supcase has saved the day for me. I do wish they had fun colors or patterns, but having my phone safe is far more important. One clip broke off the supcase belt clip after many months, but it was still within warranty and they sent a replacement.

Best accessory ever !

This is the best case & stand I’ve ever had for a cell phone. The stand pops right on & doesn’t come off til I remove it to charge my phone. It makes my calls a lot easier by holding the phone up & hands free when I’m needing to use my hands for writing notes when I need to do so. I will buy from SUPCASE again ! ! !

Amazing Fast Service and experience

Bought a new case for the Fold 7 on Amazon and noticed the front of the case was damaged. Normally I would go through Amazon but they had run out of stock so I reached out to SUPCASE. I was glad I did they reviewed the case and asked for a photo and once received they sent me out a new replacement quickly. The quaility of the case 7 months on is amazing and would recommend !!
