Really awesome support service via email. I had a problem with the reponsiveness of my template and they checked it out quickly and gave me the solution to fix it.

I am a rookie to WordPress and currently building a site at localhost, hoping that soon it will go live.
I am using a theme from SuperbThemes, and in 3 separate occasions, I had been in the need of their Support. In all 3 cases they responded within reasonable time, and solved all the issues, with accuracy and professionalism. Note that since I work at localhost, they could only deal with the issues thru my own descriptions only! They did fine!
So, far I am 100% satisfied, and Highly Recommend them!

I purchased Superb Themes Marketingly Premium template for my website and I couldn't be happier! All of the themes they offer look clean and organized. You can tell that a lot of thought goes into their designs. After purchasing, I found that Marketingly included 6 child themes ready to go! It's like getting 6 themes for the price of one. Plus I didn't have to create any child files, it was all done for me. I chose to use the child template, "Affiliate Marketingly". The template has been easy to customize and although I am not a coding guru, my site is easy to navigate and it looks like it was put together by a professional!

Easiest WordPress Theme to install for a not so experienced techie
This was one of the easiest themes I've ever installed. I was using a free one, and it looked pretty scrappy.
I wanted my site to look a bit more professional. And I also wanted the installation to be easy and with no work on my part.
I didn't want to resize pictures, content, etc., which I've done before for themes.
I have a simple book review blog for my online marketing agency. People are always asking me what books to get to help
with marketing and with life. When I installed the theme, it took minutes to get it running. And I had one minor tweak with the banner.
That was it! Plus, the directions made it even easier. I'd highly recommend this professional and easy to install theme.

The plugins and themes created by the Superbthemes team, work great for our customers and there aren't any compatibility issues with our platform. That's good for our customers, and also for us as we don't have to worry about WP extensions that break websites and make them inaccessible which is often a problem with WordPress themes. Good plugins and themes, constant updates. I think Blogrid is the most popular among our users. In case of any questions, we know that we can reach out to their support team and get an answer or solution fast.

Starting a website as a complete coding dummy is a challenge. Almost all of the products out there are either expensive or too complicated for me.

Luckily, I stumble by chance into Superbthemes. I chose their SuperbTheme Premium because it is (a) super affordable; and (b) it has lots of options like templates and easy tutorials that guide me every step of the way.

Their Premium theme is economical but the quality is topnotch. It is a good catch, a bang for the buck should I say. They have add-ons as part of the premium package -- and one that I really like is the free child theme that I use to modify an existing parent theme without totally changing the whole look of the website. As a newbie in this world of blogging, being able to control my theme is a good helper.

Their easy to use template (mine is minimalist blogger theme) enables me to customize all aspects of my website from top to bottom. Again, I am new in this blogging hobby and the fact that it is easy for me to customize the header, footer, sidebar, color, fonts, widgets -- all in one easy and accessible click of a button is absolutely helpful.

Highly recommended to those who have zero background in website building. It is simple and user-friendly.

I am using the premium version of the child theme Adaptable Notes by Superb Themes and I love it! I have had a lot of customization requests and their support team has been extremely helpful and accommodating to everything I have inquired about. They are open to suggestions if you wish to request a specific feature which is really awesome. The theme has a lovely layout and is user friendly. I'm very happy with my experiences with Superb Themes! Would definitely recommend them :).

I was rebranding my blog and was looking for an elegant, beautiful and easy to use theme. Bought Creativeily from Superb Themes and am really happy with its addon Lightweihtly. It works perfectly on mobiles and also on other devices and my readers should be able to read whenever they want. The page is fast, the customisation is simple.
