Fantastic communication and excellent equipment. I bought a ski erg and rower and they were easy to put together and the display panel is very easy to use.
I have used lots of types of machines over the years and I can honestly say that these machines are as good as the concept range and equally as accurate.
I would not hesitate to to recommend this equipment.

When I messaged the company about the failings of the performance monitor the representative became very aggressive. Eventually they offered to collect the machine as I still kept all packaging which they made it mandatory that it needs to be in original packaging but they then ignored me and I have had no further correspondence.
I ordered the ski erg with pay-pal, but had no confirmation from the company and had to chase them re delivery. Their mail box is full so no emails from them at all!
The machine itself was good but there was no assembly instructions but they quick WhatsApped them to me.
The battery compartment is not good, you put one battery in and then it pops out when you put the next one in, the only way I could do it was to hold all 4 battery’s in with one finger and slide the cover on and then screw it up which worked but was tricky.
I asked for instructions on how to use the monitor but they never came.
I asked for a receipt twice but it never came.
Pleased with the machine overall but the company communication is rubbish.
What a great Company to deal with. They were always on hand to offer reassurance and guidance. SHG organised the delivery via ArrowXL, and they complimented the excellent service I received. Straight forward to assemble, the 4 x AA batteries fitted well. I have now used this machine for a couple of weeks, and it mirrors the other more expensive SkiERG machines I used previously at a gym

10/10 experience with Super Home Gym. I have been looking for a while for the perfect cardio piece, I seen the Ski Erg that Super Home Gym had to offer and the price was a no brainer! I messaged and had a few questions, the company was very responsive and answered all my questions - which to me is an important part of the service. The Ski Machine came (delivery was great) and I am ultimately very impressed with the quality, the Ski Erg also comes with a floor mount and wall mount which others do not offer, as well as a free pair of earphones on the deal! Very happy & I will definitely be buying again. I am not interested in looking elsewhere as I know the quality and service will be excellent from Super Home Gym
I ordered a piece of gym equipment which arrived faulty. Initially, the company was responsive, but their communication soon became passive-aggressive and unhelpful.
They accused us of tampering with the product and refused to provide a refund or replacement. This accusation is completely false — we did not tamper with the goods in any way. The issue was that the battery compartment was incorrectly sized and would not fit the required batteries, meaning the product did not work at all.
The company insisted that the item only required two batteries, claiming they do not sell the 2025 model. However, it was clear that we had in fact received the 2025 model, which requires four batteries. They did not appear to understand their own product or acknowledge the fault.
Because we had already disposed of the packaging, they refused a refund. However, consumer law clearly states that packaging is not relevant when faulty goods are supplied.
After we received no response for three weeks, the company only replied after I left a poor review. In that response, they refused an exchange or refund and have since ignored all further communication.
They did offer to pay for us to repair the item, but new goods should not need repairing. We therefore requested a full replacement, which they have continued to deny

We do apologise for the late response on this feedback. The customer in this instance approached us to say that they were happy with the product overall but one of the batteries did not fit in the battery compartment, this is slightly unusual for two reasons, firstly, the battery compartment of the monitor is created by a standard mould that comes in one size only and in addition to that every single monitor is tested (which involves putting the batteries in and checking the monitor switches on and functions properly) before the quality assurance QR code is added to the back of the monitor. Nonetheless we immediately offered a replacement monitor and we have already shipped this to the customer.
However the customer raised a dispute and automatically posted this review before we could even have a chance to remedy the situation, the email communications from our part was slightly delayed which we acknowledge. It is worth noting that we have 4 means of communication including Phone ( +447704408986), SMS, Whatsapp and email and we aim to respond within a 2 hr period and for SMS. Whatsapp and immediately via Phone (or within 1 hr if we are calling back).
The monitor where the reported battery compartment issue was is an upgradeable accessory so a simple replacement would normally suffice as opposed to a full procust replacement which weighs 55kg especially since the customer has disposed of the original packaging. The original packaging is specifically designed to protect couriers and handlers for health and safety purposes, and under the UK Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992 it would be unsafe — and therefore unlawful — to transport such a large, heavy item without the proper protective packaging.
Now this is probably where we should end this ….but
This customer threatened us, our staff, became very aggressive, and obviously tried some bullying manoeuvres including the above review. They listed about a 100 different ways they were going to take us to court and take legal action etc. We’re a small business and we’re doing our absolute best to help other small businesses (most often start up gyms) to grow and flourish. We have provided firms with free equipment to cash strapped start ups and we have offered military personnel discounts at their request, basically we try and help if we can. Yes we might miss a few emails here and there but give us a call or send us an sms and we’ll be with you by the end of the day. What we take issue with is this user who has their own small business and who has written fake reviews for that business trying to bully us into essentially giving them a full replacement unit when they have discarded all packaging which would have caused issues for our couriers and them being aggressive towards our team. Just be nice and give us a call, we're very approachable.
We had an excellent experience with superhomegym. The customer service was excellent, fast to respond to any queries and checked in to make sure we received the product.
I would 💯 recommend superhomegym to any independent gyms or setting up a home gym.
Great products and great service! There was a slight delay with my original order, but the company went above and beyond to resolve it and even gave me a discount on other items when they didn’t have to! Most companies wouldn’t do that. Highly recommend!
