I read the Airbnb optimisation play book by Ellie Parienti and found it extremely useful.
It is set out with clear steps that I put into place. It helped me to understand how to update my properties in a much better way.
After reading the book and following the steps my bookings increased dramatically.
The book is easy to read and very practical.
I highly recommend it for any person who is managing a property whether it be 1 or 100.

I tried the tool for optimizing my short term rental Airbnb listing. It gives very detailed and specific information on where you need to improve your listing and why. It then goes into generating corrections, for example description broken down in sections with explanations of why it's important.
The tool is extremely user friendly, very insightful and precise.
