Happy purchaser
It was easy to order and delivery time was quite quick especially for a regional area. The super sleeper pro topper exceeded our expectations. I don't honestly know what we were expecting but this topper has truly made a big difference. Our lower backs are much happier as a result of using it.

Lost Parcel
I was not impressed by your choice of Courier. How Couriers Please can say it was lost in transit when they told me and their tracking confirms the parcel was never received/scanned by them.
The first responders on the phone are probably good at sales but not trained in support procedures. Best they learn to escalate failed deliveries to support rather than glib responses.
After I got PayPal involved conversations with support was ongoing. I chose to get the parcel resent. It arrived courtesy Australia Post.
I will use you again when I see goods I need or want. I will not bad mouth you in the public domain. The above is between us.

Joke of a product
Extremely disappointed with the marshmallow topper. One wash and the loft is entirely done, followed all the directions as per the tag for cleaning. The marshmallow or ever you wanna call it is dead its already separating and forming uneven patches and actually makes the mattress worse as there is no consistency. I will not be buying this product or an others given this poor experience.
